Connect The BESPOKE Jet Bot To SmartThings

With the SmartThings App, controlling your BESPOKE Jet Bot is made easy and simple. Here you can access various features, such as setting the path of your Jet Bot, emptying the dust bin, scheduling time for your robot to clean, and viewing a cleaning report.

Before you get started, you will need to install the SmartThings App, connect your smartphone to a WiFi network, and create a Samsung Account if you have not already.

Once you have everything prepared, follow the guide below to connect the SmartThings App on your device to your BESPOKE Jet Bot.

*The guide below is for Android users.

NOTE: The SmartThings App is available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. Data fees may apply.

Step 1. Open the SmartThings App and tap the '+' on the top right to add a device.

Step 2. Then, select 'Add Device'.

Step 3. Under 'Samsung devices', tap 'Add'.

Step 4. Scroll down and tap 'Robot Vacuum'.

Step 5. If your Jet Bot has a QR Code, use the camera to detect it. Otherwise, tap 'Add without QR code'.

Step 6. Select 'Samsung Jet Bot'.

Step 7. On your Jet Bot, press and hold the Recharging button for at least 3 seconds until you hear a sound.

Step 8. Once detected, tap on your Jet Bot.

Step 9. Allow SmartThings to connect to the Robot Vacuum. If a pop-up occurs, tap 'Connect'.

Step 10. Select the Wi-Fi you would like your Jet Bot to connect to.

Step 11. Allow SmartThings to connect the Jet Bot to your Samsung account.

Step 12. Once connected, you can change the location, room, device name, or set as a favourite. After you have finalised your preferences, tap 'Done'.
