If one of the LED's on the bulb is not working call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) to setup a replacement.
If the LED bulb appears noticeably dimmer than its original light output call 1-800-SAMSUNG so a replacement LED bulb can be sent to you.
Remove the LED bulb from the socket and try another socket. If the LED bulb still does not power on call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) to setup an exchange.
