What happens from the 1st day to the 3rd day after the FOTA service opens?

The FOTA server opens “Pull mode” and “Polling mode” from
the 1st day to the 3rd day.
 
 

But the Polling is closed when 30K devices in  FOTA 

server are updated via Polling.
