Me encanta..!! La tele The Frame, el marco de color teca... son extraordinarios En casa utilizamos realmente poco la televisión, sólo para ver alguna película o serie, esporádicamente. Así que me causa mucha distorsión ver esa mancha negra que es la pantalla presidiendo el comedor. Esto cambió cuando descubrí, por casualidad, esta maravilla que ha creado Samsung. Parece un lienzo. Quizás las fotos no le hacen justicia, pero quien llega a casa no ve una tele, cuando se lo decimos... alucinan!! Y, como guinda del pastel, ese maravilloso marco hace que ya sí que sí, parezca el cuadro que realmente es en nuestra casa.

Está muy bien que el sistema no cuente con cables y que en este modelo el One Connect sea inalámbrico ya que el televisor que tenía antes era un modelo también The Frame de 2020 pero muchos más grueso y este nuevo modelo es más fino y más rápido por lo que recomiendo su compra. La navegación es más fluida y más inteligente.

Es un televisor enorme de 85" para poder ver películas a un tamaño de cine pero que no impacta en la sala de estar como un televisor normal, ya que gracias al sistema the frame, parece una obra de arte colgada en un cuadro. Perfecto si no quieres ver una mega pantalla en el medio de la sala. Y junto a una barra de sonido es un potente equipo para tener tu propio cine en casa! Conseguir los reembolsos de la promoción no ha sido muy facil pero finalmente el servicio de atención al cliente de samsung acabó ayudándome a conseguirlo. Espero que este televisor me dure tanto como me han durado mis otros de la marca samsung, que nunca me ha defraudado!

Aunque todavía me falta que me lleguen los marcos color teca y que me cuelguen la televisión en la pared para dar la sensación completa de cuadro, sensación con la TV y la calidad de imagen es muy buena. El poder enviar inalámbricamente la señal es algo muy cómodo. Yo no tenía toma de TV en la pared donde quiero colgar la TV, pero esto hace que no sea necesaria. La configuración es muy sencilla, en 10 minutos tenía todo configurado. Aunque los colores no son tan vivos como un OLED, para mi que no juego a videojuegos, un QLED resulta más que suficiente.

Buen producto, relación calidad precio un poco cara si no tenemos en cuenta el diseño que es lo que marca la diferencia en esta televisión. Por precio encontramos otras opciones que se ven mejor y con mejor interfaz multimedia pero que ni se acercan a esta en belleza. Creo que Samsung debería actualizar el sofware para dar una mejor experiencia multimedia. Netflix se cuelga muy a menudo y el tiempo de espera para cambiar de aplicaciones es excesivo para un televisor de esta gama.

El panel mate y que se queda completamente pegado a la pared es lo que me ha gustado más para comprarla. La calidad de imagen IA está bien para ver HD o bluray, para ver Tv de a diario, recomiendo desactivarlo y dejarlo en modo cine. Recomendaría a Samsung un menú minimalista, con la opción de cuadro, ver tv o elegir app que uno quiera, sin nada más. Para personas que no se manejan por tantos menús es un poco difícil. Debería tener esa posibilidad.

La posibilidad de poner cuadros famosos o fotos es realmente un punto a favor. Elegimos a parte los marcos color madera, da un aspecto más cálido. La instalación fue a cargo del Corte Ingles, a nosotros nos mereció la pena pagar por ello. En resumen, producto inmejorable. Puedes pensar que por ese precio tienes mejores televisiones, y a nivel técnico seguramente así sea. Pero está tele no solo sigue estando en un top 10 a nivel técnico sino que es una maravillosa obra de arte literalmente. Es minimalista, vanguardista y funciona a las mil maravillas. The picture isn't quite OLED accurate but it's that's a small price to pay to avoid burn-in from the Art Mode. Speaking of which, this truly changes the old big dark rectangle on the wall from an eyesore when not in use to a highlight in the room. You can change the artwork to suit your mood or the time of year or just pick an assortment from your favorite genre. It's truly wonderful and even educational as it's sort of fun to look and learn at artist's work that you've never had exposure too. I subscribed to the Samsung Art package and absolutely love that as well. This TV is a game changer!

Aufgrund der flachen Bauart vor 2,5 Jahren gekauft. Soweit zufrieden, nur leider ein paar Mankos: 1. Die Software wird mit jedem Update schlechter und vor allem langsamer. 2. Man kann den TV nicht einfach anschalten und bekommt sofort das TV Programm gezeigt. Man muss erst die Quelle aussuchen, zb einen Anbieter den man abboniert hat oder auf Live TV gehen und dann die Quelle zB Satelit auswählen. Es dauert immer ca. 2 Minuten nach dem Einschalten, bis man wirklich schauen kann. 3. Über Alexa lässt sich das Gerät nicht steuern, obwohl das angegeben ist. Man muss die Fernbedienung nehmen und einen Knopf gedrückt halten, um Befehle zu sprechen.

The art mode looks way more realistic than 2021 model. TV is not a picture quality only anymore. The smart TV feature really is rich and it works as intended. Smart things app has gone long way for the better. Imagine things like screen mirroring and TV remote on your smart watch. Free samsung live TV has lots of documentaries and channels like Bloomberg TV and more for free. And the one connect box just makes so much sense. No more running messy wires everywhere. Just one place to put it all.

I have purchased the 2020 65 inch Frame. The TV and smart features seems to be amazing but the functionality and features of the Frame art are very limited. Considering it is the selling point of the tv, it is disappointing. Simple art functions such as shuffling art images, skipping images or even starting from a particular art image on a slideshow is not possible. It means if you have multiple pieces or art you want to put onto a slide show to change automatically, you will always start with the same piece of art and cannot determine order or art shown, so pieces you add may never get displayed. It does look great mounted on my wall.

Firstly an upgrade from FHD from my current TV to 4K , secondly I sometimes use this as my monitor when we search for something online as group, a good visual effect for the PC usage and lastly the option of artwork display while it is off is extremely pleasing, I do not see a black area but a work of art, I don’t mind the artwork not being used as slideshow from my favourites - as if u had one physical painting hanging on a wall how often do we change this? It is odd and delightful where I find myself starring at a standby TV screen.

love the way it looks. love the display. yes there is glare but it hasn’t been so troublesome and our tv is facing the wondows so i sort of expecf some glare. however the three stars are really for the ‘smart’ part of this tv. the interface, the remote and the fact that it’s an absolute struggle to get to apple tv or to project your phone to it are the biggest letdown. for 13 years i havd a basic sony which did all of this seamlessly. this tv just can’t get overitsel. lastly, been stuggliny yo make to work with mu bose speakers. again seems like it struggles to ‘detect’ the imputs. bottom line, i think i would try a different tv in the end.

without One connect this is an impossible TV to manage if you are to flush wall mount it. I purchased this TV to have a flush mount to the wall in my bedroom. the 2026 design means you have to run all the cables to the tv which defeats the purpose of getting the frame you may as well get another TV that's cheaper if you aren't after clean line. I feel this is a major over site because to remove a cable to add a new connection you have to remove the TV from the wall to do so. I have returned the purchase. I have been trying my best to find a 43 inch 2025 or even a 2024 model but I'm unable to find one. terrible interface for wall mounting.

It was good until a few months ago. An update has made the reason I bought the tv moot. Originally I could create a slide show of all the Disney art I favorited and my own photos. This was how The TV was advertised when I bought it. This is what I bought it for. You can no longer do a slideshow of the included art. I'm assuming they want us to pay a fee, but I bought it for Disney art and that was included as was the ability to make a rotation. This is a bit of a bait and switch. They took away a functionality that was advertised and has made the purpose of the TV unusable. There are several discussions about this throughout the Internet.

TV's generally ok, but at times it just feels a bit clunky after our old Q7. Only changed because some apps on old TV were problematic, new apps seem better. Hate the fact we can't just press power button and gave TV turn off, instead we have to use a long press. Grew tired if the ambient pictures very quickly and don't like the bigger frame around the TV. Gotvthis TV because we wanted one with the connect box like the old Q7, hadn't anticipated a change in size so had to adjust our setup to accommodate new box. To be fair the apps seem to work, picture is good and it's a neat and tidy piece of kit but overall we're somewhat underwhelmed.

The sole purpose for wanting a Frame TV was so that we could have a TV hang on our wall “in plain sight” without it looking like a traditional flatscreen TV. However, the wire that comes with the TV can't be hidden in the wall because it is not "in-wall rated". Instead, if I want to hide the OneConnect cord in the wall, and thus have the TV "look like art," I have to purchase a separate cord that is in-wall rated. This is real shady advertising on the part of Samsung. Why would you create a “Frame” TV, advertise it as looking like “Art when it’s off,” and then not sell it to hang like a framed picture with no cords showing? I am so disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the TV is a five out of five stars. I took a star off from my review though simply because of having to finagle the initial set up process to work with my Sonos arc sound bar. It ended with me having to reset the firmware on my sound bar, and rolling back an update on my TV to get it to work correctly. Since the initial set up woe, everything else has been great. The image quality is awesome, the thickness of the TV makes my wall look great, and I just purchased a frame kit to make it look more in line with the artwork I use for art mode. I have since recommended my TV to a few friends that have been looking for something similar.

we bought the frame tv to incorporate into our gallery wall and it does not dissappoint! the mounting seemed complicated so we hired a task rabbit and had it installed professionally. the tv sits fluah and looks stunning! the picture quality is beautiful and the overall design of the tv is excellent! the art will never fool anyone that its not a tv, but its so much better than the typical black hole on the wall! we’ve also stopped using our fire tv since the tizen software works great! overall, we are very happy! the price is a bit high, especially considering there are oled tvs that cost less, but the form factor is what we wanted.

Ich habe mich für den Samsung The Frame in 65 Zoll entschieden, weil ich einen Fernseher wollte, der sich stilvoll in mein Wohnzimmer einfügt – und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Das Gerät sieht aus wie ein Kunstwerk und wird oft für ein echtes Gemälde gehalten. Der Art Mode mit dem matten Display ist einfach genial. Auch technisch überzeugt der Fernseher auf ganzer Linie: brillantes Bild, satte Farben, perfekte Größe für echtes Heimkino-Feeling. Besonders praktisch ist die One Connect Box, die für ein sauberes Kabelmanagement sorgt. Insgesamt ein rundum durchdachtes Gerät – stylisch, smart und leistungsstark. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen!

You go to a great deal of trouble to make a beautiful room and then have it overpowered by a large black rectangle that you only turn on occasionally. Such a pain, but this is genius: The chance to stroll through the best of the World’s Art collections and enjoy one on your wall until you feel like replacing it with another. The slender, shallow frame and brilliantly unobtrusive cable-feed means that it really does feel like a true picture. But is it also a good TV? Absolutely no compromise has been made with both picture and sound. Of course, it’s expensive for just a TV, but the point is that it’s not “just a TV”. It’s just brilliant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never had a TV in my living room in over 60 years, but the 55” Samsung Frame TV has completely changed my perspective. I was hesitant at first, but this TV fits beautifully into the space. When it’s off, it truly looks like a framed piece of art, blending perfectly with my decor and not feeling like an eyesore in the room. The picture quality is outstanding, and it’s been wonderful to finally enjoy movies and shows with family right in the living room. I never thought I’d appreciate having a TV in this space, but the Samsung Frame makes it feel like a natural and stylish addition. After six decades, I can honestly say it was worth the wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough about this television. This is our daily viewer in our main living room. While this is in our "lived in" room and gets the most use as an actual television in our house, the artwork feature is terrific. We loaded our family photos into the rotation and it is the best feature by far. When we are watching movies or streaming television, the picture is perfect and the responsiveness is unmatched. We ditched our Firestick and use the built in smart features which does everything we need an more. Even the wall mount was the easiest and cleanest we have ever used. Again, I cannot NOT say enough about this television.

cant tell you how good the tv is yet because i cant get it on the wall. we purchased the 65” and the mounts are not large enough to catch a stud. its missing it on both sides. now we have to go and spend more money on another mount that will not lay as flat. its a really dumb design flaw. theres no reason these pieces can be longer to accommodate and im not having the tv off center… if i had a slight larger or smaller version of the tv it would have probably worked. also the connector hub is huge. i dont need to connect anything to the tv but i cant just plug it in, it has to go theough a massive hub. no idea where im going to out that…

this tv looks great! the art option will never look like a true piece of art but it is close enough in daylight to improve the overall decor and get rid of the “black box” look. the prior reviews about the mount are ridiculous. it works great and is easy it install. the problem is the instructions are not clear and it took me a minute to understand the included table which tells you the exact distance to space the mounts apart based on your tv size. once you figure out the table, a clown clown could do it, let alone an engineer. the one connect box is big and a bit clunky. i decided to put it in the wall instead of running the cable.

I have the 55” Frame. While I love the simplicity of the tv...the picture is not great. It struggles with being too dark with not enough contrast. I have played with the settings endlessly and it’s either having it set for daytime viewing or nighttime....but a happy medium is almost impossible. As a result....watching (primarily) movies that are dark by nature is difficult during the day. Hard to see...and if you brighten the picture the blacks become grey. So....while I have sacrificed picture...the tv works for my needs. I have it mounted above my fireplace mantle on a solid brick wall where having all the tv components would be impossible.
