The flap can get stuck while opening which is just buggy as can be, more or less you have to pay attention to how you hold the device while opening it which just seems pointless, you almost have to pull the flap while opening the phone. As others have said, with this case the phone won't lay flat when the phone is fully open, I sometimes have to work with my phone open and this wobbling back is just annoying. I'm sending it back! I will say it definitely offers protection for the new flip 5, but the cons over number the pros for sure.

I am in love with the color and texture of my case. It gives it a clean, simple and elegant look that I love. The texture is soft but this is also why I don't give it the full 5 stars, I wouldn't recommend it if you're someone that constantly drops their phone. I dropped mine on concrete and while the phone was fine, the corner of the case where the impact happened left a tear and it seems to be peeling. It wasn't a hard drop so there was no damage to the phone but it is a delicate case. Other than that, the case wraps around the phone pretty well but keep in mind there is no height to the lip. The sound it makes is very satisfying as it softens the impact when closing the phone. Overall a really great case, just sad that it can be damaged easily by simple drops.

Feels pretty nice and fits well however because of the design alot of dust builds up around the edges and also on the hinge the flap traps the dirt/dust rather than preventing the dust to accumulate. The sticky parts inside the case also make more dust stick and build up. Another real problem i have noticed is wheen i try to flip open my flip 5 the leather flap on the hinge gets caught and prevents the phone from opening up. This happens almost every time i open up the phone not sure if i have a defected product but it gets really annoying and i feel like its already wearing down the case. Besdies that nice look, nice feel, nice fit, decebt grip and probably decent protection from drops.the case is also not too bulky however it does add a slight amount of weight.

I bought this as a package when i bought the phone. The case feel nice and fits snuggly. I like the flap design to protect the hinge. However, I found that the case was thicker than I wanted and the fact that it was not real leather made me have second thoughts. Given the price (about 10% of the phone itself), it could not be justified, so I returned it.

I wish Samaung wouldnt jump on the fake leather band wagon like that "other" company. Maybe make both a vegan leather, and a real leather option. Real leather smells and feels better. As for the case its great. The hinge protection is nice and works 4 out 5 times. Sometimes it gets caught up. But its easy to fix. It also feels good to hold

No issues with the case, but the phone doesn't work with cases in general. The main issue is the edges of the case get in the way of the cover screen. I throw this on before playing Pogo or something that could lead to a dropped phone, but otherwise don't use a case.

Easy on, and back is easy off for charging. Some of my charging pads work through the case and some do not. My husband, my son and myself all purchased the same case (different colors) and are very please. Why buy a cheap case to protect such a wonderful phone.

One of the problems with this case is the bump on the back. Can cause problems with wireless charging pads. Also when phone is laid flat or half open it rocks like a see saw when using it.
