El puerto USB-C es solo para cargar el powerbank y no lo dice en ningún lado. Si conectas tu teléfono vas a cargar el powerbank. Probé con varios dispositivos a ver si era alguna configuración del teléfono. No puedo creer que sigan vendiendo algo así. Deberían haberlo descontinuado hace rato. ¿A quién le sirve andar cargando el cable pequeño con el que viene o dos cables para cargar su teléfono? Compré un carry-on que permite conectar un powerbank y descubrí esta falla en el diseño.

I've had this battery for about a week now. I decided to get it to augment the battery on a 10.6 Galaxy Book I have as it's own 4000 Mah battery really can get used up quickly. The battery pack seems to charge quickly using the fast charger from the Galaxy Book. However, it doesn't seem to charge the Galaxy book quickly at all. For example I can charge the Galaxy Book in about 3 hours on it's OE charger. This battery has trouble charging 50% on the GB in the same time. I can't find any operating instructions on the Samsung website to make sure I'm not missing something. Also, I would assume given the batteries of these two items, I should get a solid two charges out of the pack to the GB. I've only been able to get one.

it has 2 fast usb ports which. the battery charges fairly quick. it charged my samsung note9 and iconx earbuds at same time and in under 2 hours with me using the note9. i found it in a puddle after my daughter soaked it playing with her dolls next to a bottle of water and it's still working great. it also has a 4 light indicator next to ports to see approximately how much juice it has available. this can charge my devices almost 2 times. if i were to change anything, i'd make it wireless charge capable so i could simply hold it with my note9, without needing to locate and carry my type c power cord and the portable batteries type b cord. it could use a small led flashlight as well. i've found those to be quite handy on portable batteries.

Es un power bank que vale mucho la pena, y con buena calidad de fabricacion, pero tengo un problema, estaba cargando mi samsung galaxy note 8 y el power bank simplemete se apago (el power bank tenia la mitad de su bateria) y lo puse a cargar pero al cargar el power bank se encienden dos veces los cuatro leds y solo se queda palpitando el primer led y los otros tres no vuelven a encender, lo conecto a mi galaxy para que intente cargar pero no recibe energia, espero me puedan ayudar con mi problema, por lo demas es un producto que recomiendo.

this battery charger is definitely not worth it. it just won't last. my device receives charge as the lights light up and do increase after time but it will not output any charge. i've tried holding the button down to change the charge method, but it does not resolve my issue. it was great while it lasted. but since it didn't last that long, i recommend a cheaper option you can find online through other merchants and manufacturers that focus on making these types of products and are willing to invest in the longevity of the part.

With so many different low cost portable chargers out there it seems like a cheap one is fine. until you experience this amazing performance. it holds 3 full charges for my Samsung phone and it charges just as fast as my fast wall plug if not faster. Its lite weight lets you charge the pack and your phone at the same time with USB typeC pass through and IT looks really nice. Hands down A must purchase. if you see negative reviews skip them as there is zero reasons why this is not a 5 star product

I purchased this with my Samsung watch in December 2019. So first it work to good. I was about to get 3 full phone charge before the batter pack went to one notch. It took about 3hr to fully charge the pack. I loved it because it was small enough to fit in my small purse. May2020 - it took 24 hours for this batter pack to fully charge. I can only get one full charge cycle when connected to my phone. I'm really disappointed.

This battery seems to hold a LOT of umpf! I have a Galazy S7 and it recharges very quickly and several times. It DOES seem to take a while to recharge the battery pack itself... like about 3+ hours. But considering it will recharge my phone several times, this seems reasonable. I hope this baby lasts a few years, because it will sure help out on long flights where I am not lucky enough to have a power plug at my seat.

My product stopped working after one charge. As I dont use it often Samsung told me that warranty expired a few days earlier and that they "Stand By" not replacing a faulty product. Shame on you Samsung in the first instance for not replacing faulty products and secondly for selling it. Check the internet, hundreds of consumers have had teh same bad experience

My Galaxy phone lit up with Fast Charging when I connected the 10,000 mAh Samsung battery to an iKits .5ft (6 in.) and plugged it into my phone. As an Access-A-Ride Operator I depend on my phone for Maps. I drive 100+ miles per work day. I've tried many other batteries and a slew of connecting cords. I bought this for my Civil Rights excursion with my 6th graders. We took a bus ride from PA to GA, AL, and TN. I was able to listen to music the whole time. I even charged my coworkers phones and students earbuds. Never had a problem. Just make sure you use your rapid charger cord and wall charger to charge the power bank. I love it! Glad I purchased it!

Great for a standard portable battery. It has 2 fast charge usb ports which turned out to be convenient. The battery charges fairly quick. It charged my Samsung Note8 and my wireless earbuds in under 2 hours with me using the Note8 during charge. The first 50% at least, was fast charge and the remaining battery didn't say fast charge but was still very efficient. I found it in a puddle after my daughter soaked it playing with her dolls next to a bottle of water and it's still working great. It also has a 4 light indicator next to ports to see approximately how much juice it has available. This can charge my devices about 2 times. Ah la capacidad es de 10.000mah, pero como todos los powerbank es aprox. de 6000mah, porque? La baterías tienen sensores y además la baterías interna su voltaje es de 3.7 que tiene que transformar a 5V que necesita el smartphone y en esa transformacion se pierde algo de los 10.000mah de la batería dejando así 6.000 para cargar un smartphone

I bought this a few months ago for my holiday and i am so glad that I did. It's the same size as my galaxy s10e and easily fits in my pocket at 5.8inch (diagonal) form factor. Never overheats and with fast charging, charges at the same speed as if I was using a wall outlet. It's a ust have accessory for samsung users!

You need a magnifying glass to read the user manual. I plugged the accompanying cable into my computer USB port to charge the battery. The battery never got off the first blinking LED indicator. I tried the On/Off button. The button appears to do nothing. The battery does not work.

I don't know why, but this power bank fails to start charging any of the four phones I have tried it with. I have spent months trying to trouble-shoot, to no effect. I have power banks from three other manufacturers that all charge all of those phones flawlessly.

I have had this charger for over 5 yrs and it has done great, no issues at all. Charges within 1hr. Very quick. Buying another one because I plugged in to charge up and unfortunately the charging cord I used must of gotten hot and fried the charging part.

I only used around 10 times since it was bought. now it is completely dead right after 1 year. it wont charge itself. The battery started to have self-charge problem and shortly went completely dead. I wont buy sam-sung portable battery any more.

Bigger than I expected but still looks nice and had a premium finish. Mine stopped fast charging after about 3 months and stopped charging all together after 6 months, so overall an extremely poor product, I'd expect more from Samsung.
