Good for gaming, though you can go find other monitors with higher refresh rate in this price, and to look at with its sharp corners and design. Love the fact that it can support USB type c/HDMI/display port and works well with both MacBooks and windows. The stand is very versatile too. The monitor can be raised or lowered or even tilted up or down or left and right. Also the stand base is fairly small for the size of monitor, and does not take up a lot of space on the table. Price is a tad bit high though for the specs. That's the only negative.

The product is pretty great overall. The 4K resolution screen is quite sharp. All USB dock ports seem to be working, and the screen already comes with a 6ft Thunderbolt 4 cable. It works well with Mac. One thing to note is that the screen's default color setting is strange. The black level option has been set to low (should be normal). I also saw other comments mentioning that this monitor always returns the same EDID information. However, I only purchased one and did not have a chance to use the daisy chain feature. No problems for me so far at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good affordable monitor however it lacks several features I would normally seek including Bluetooth connectivity Wi-Fi connectivity and additional Port options. With only one HDMI port and one usb-c port, and one DisplayPort it makes it difficult to use the monitor with multiple devices. Additionally without Wi-Fi connectivity or smart features the monitor is not accessible in Samsung SmartThings. On a positive note I love the curved feature and resolution and color are very good. I use it exclusively for work and browsing, no gaming.

I bought two of these about 4 months ago, and they works OK but have some internal firmware stability issues. It frequently locks up such that it has on-screen displays stuck on the screen or even just nothing, and does not respond when it needs to change settings, etc. I have also had issues with the ethernet port on it stopping to function after some time. The only fix seems to be power cycling the monitor. I wish it worked well because other than this stability issue I love the features and the display.

My wife uses it for various jobs she does through out the year . Four different swim teams . Uploads pictures and stats of her swimmers. She also plugs in different statistics and strategies for her meets. I don't think she would ever let me replace it. For my work, I plug in different options of tile walls, floors. Where to put cabinets , vanities, sinks, tubs, toilets etc. The realness of everything makes it easier for me. Plus when I show my clients my blue prints on it they are impressed

I bought this two months ago, and I am so glad I did. I used this monitor mainly for gaming, and honestly, it works much better than the previous professional gaming flat, boring, 27', 1920X1080 monitor that I had. One feature I love a lot is that I can use it with my gaming PC through DP and then connect my laptop through USB C, and it switches without me doing anything. Another thing I love is that it has an Ethernet port. Right now, I have more stable internet connectivity thanks to this feature.

I thought for sure the box would come with origami instructions on how to create the items shown in the 'Creating a sustainable future' area of the item's page, but no such luck. Monitor arrived well-packaged and according to delivery schedule at purchase. Easy to set up and works as expected. Pleased with the monitor, just disappointed there are no instructions how to create a little house for my cat with the box. Of course, the cat is happy-as-can-be with the box as is. So bonus!

Then there are times in the evening where the lights go down & we all gather on the sofa with popcorn, candy & soda for a movie! The graphics are great! The picture amazing & I love the curved screen. It makes you feel like you are in the movie.

I really want to like this monitor and when it works its great. But like others I have a consistent problem with Thunderbolt in a dual monitor configuration. After receiving a signal, one or both monitors will freeze up with the menu staying on the screen. The menu will not disappear and cannot actually be accessed. This means that the monitor cannot be powered off without unplugging it, which is the only way I have found to correct the problem. I might have to unplug the monitor 3-5 times in order to get it to work properly. Doing this every time I want to use my computer is a huge inconvenience and makes Thunderbolt more trouble than it is worth. You would think the problem could be fixed with a firmware update, but there is no update. I regret choosing this monitor and will not purchase another monitor from Samsung.

This monitor arrived about 3 weeks ago and so far it's excellent. I'm connecting it to my MacBook Pro through Thunderbolt 4 and it works perfect including charging the MBP. I haven't checked color yet but at first look it is very good as factory calibrated. My only mistake was to not purchase the 32" model thinking it was going to be too wide. The bezel is so small that the 27" looks like an old school 24" and the 32" probably looks like a 27".

I mean from the curve to the resolution & dont even get me started on the sleekness. No matter if im gaming or mirroring. Streaming or just staring at it, in MY opinion, 1st monitor in history to have its own "AURA' Its like everytime i step into the room its in it seriously just keeps calling me & calling me. Telling me "IVE GOT THESE CHEESE CHEESEBURGERS 4 YA", just get close. Seriously now, it seems like more times than not, regardless of what's actually on the monitor, the crispness,smoothness & these specific specs makes me wonder if I could jump into the screen & really be a part of my gaming. Its that vibrant. Go out & get urs ASAP. Don't pop up at ur friends house & thats how u see it. Be the first.

It was so easy to set up which was surprising since it is so wide. The colors are so vibrant on it it seems like you are inside the picture. It's nice for multi-screen work. An under-appreciated personal favourite of mine is the included usb hub which is fantastic for Bluetooth receivers. My only complaints has been the large bezels on the inner screen; and the large amount of Styrofoam used in the packaging.

Have had for at least two months, extremely disappointed. Black unresponsive screen, constant black boxes on screen that can’t be controlled by computer and block mouse activity. Eye Saver, Register product etc. Bought this for compatibility with a new Mac Mini. After several bouts, with inactive monitor I’m convinced it’s monitor/connectivity issues.

First monitor arrived with a dead pixel. Was able to replace under warranty. Second monitor the speakers stopped working after a week. Now after half a year, half the panel goes black requiring a power cycle to reset. It's a bit of a shame as it's a great panel (when it works), but there seems to be some underlying QA issues.

Initial monitor came with multiple dead pixels. Sent it in for repair. Came back with more dead pixels in different spots. Was given a replacement monitor and again, dead pixels. Have not had a monitor as of writing this that wasn't defective. Monitor also has notifications with difficulty adjusting monitor settings.

The resolution is very sharp, enough to watch HR widescreen movies. In addition, cable clutter is minimized since USB-C both powers my laptop and connects video to the monitor.

Using the latest Mac Mini via USBC this monitor is unreliable, works at 1st but then becomes completely unresponsive after 4days of use. Only thing that gets it back is to unplug it and apply a hard restart the mac.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a new monitor as my old one was a little too small for my at home work station. The moment I'd gotten this one set up and connected (Which is SUPER EASY, by the way); I couldn't stop smiling! No more squinting, leaning forward trying to red small print! A few days and my back, neck and head are thanking me!! Plus, it has so many options and additional features, it's a perfect product for anyone! Whether it's a work set up like mine, gaming or simply a high quality monitor to replace the one your desktop came with or to replace your current monitor for your work station! It's not too big, not too small and is perfected for almost any desk size. Mine replaced the bigger (but older) samsung monitor i originally had and even though smaller, the screen quality is so much better it makes huge difference!!! I love the curvature of it. Fir myself, there's two reasons: 1: I work in healthcare and having a curved screen definitely helps with keeping others eyes looking at the screen and easily reading potentially private patient information. 2: There's just something about it that helps increase my view and the clarity, so that I can focus on what I'm looking at and can easily see all areas of the screen. Almost as if it focuses everything towards the vented do the user has the most optimal viewing! SUPER easy set up. (I'm definitely not a tech person)... So happy I went with this monitor. I recommend it to everyone and, would purchase again!
