Fantastic black level vs older led tvs. The remote has such a great layout and can easily be controlled by touch for volume because of the raised button. Small footprint and steady base. Sleek and just really has it all. I haven’t tried out the gaming but that sounds like a cool feature. The setup was incredibly easy and being able to utilize Alexa without having a separate device is great. I added all of my streaming accounts using the QR code so that couldn’t have been easier. Really happy with this small but incredible bedroom tv.

TV did not work out of the box. Set it up and initially had issues downloading apps. Once I did a hard reset I was able to download apps but the TV could not stream live TV without buffering or experience quality drop off. After sending a tech, Samsung told me it was an issue with my wifi despite having almost 750 MbPs and all my other devices work without issue. I even placed an iPad under the TV and it streamed live TV fine. I had to purchase an external streaming device and connect it to the TV to bypass the issue and it now works. Despite this, Samsung maintains it is an issue with my wifi and therefore not covered by the warranty.

Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. 2. Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3. Unplug both your TV and router. Remove both power cables, wait at least 30 seconds and plug them both back in. 4. Check the connection between your router and TV. Please review the points below: • Is your router connected to the TV using an ethernet cable? If not, we strongly recommend using an ethernet cable connection on your TV. This will ensure your TV maintains a consistent connection to the internet. • If you’re already connected using an ethernet cable, make sure that the ethernet cable is working and is not damaged. You can test the cable by connecting it to other devices, such as a laptop, to make sure that your ethernet cable is not damaged. • If connecting to your TV using an ethernet cable is not possible, please move your router as close to the TV as possible. There should not be any obstructions between your TV and router, such as walls, other electronic devices, etc. 5. Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 6. If you’re still experiencing issues, a factory reset may be needed. Keep in mind that this will restore all TV settings to factory defaults. Completely satisfied. This purchase replaced an older flat screen tv which didn't have smart functionality. I was uncertain about the new remote being user friendly and had intended to buy the standard remote as an additional item. The new remote has a learning curve since each button has multiple functions depending on whether it is depressed or toggled. Also, bringing up the onscreen number pad isn't immediately available on a cold startup. The voice control has the same issue. Our tv signal is OTA with an attic antenna, and the setting allow the set to power up to the channel being watched when turned off, just like the old tv's.

3 Days in with this new TV, the picture is great; bright and clear with good colors! The semi-reflective screen is adequate for muting reflections. The OS is not great and depending on which button is pushed when there appear to be two Home screens which is even more confusing. (Maybe they could look at a Sony/Google OS for better ideas??) I agree with "Stick with my tv" post and disagree with Samsungs response to that post. If you logout of the Samsung account you can no longer look at any Apps, even though they are installed, which is terrible! If the OS was revised to be more clear with an update this could go to 4 or 5 stars at this early date.

WORST TV I've ever owned!!! Constant buffering, TV goes blank and have to get out and back in to make it work again. Terrible picture! Terrible Sound! Constant raising and lowering sound b/c ads are so much louder than program I am watching. TV's should have been able to fix that by now!. Constant re-boots, don't know if that is because of TV service but I never had to do so many reboots until I installed this TV on the same Service - Google TV!!! My other TV worked fine most of the time... I was told this was the latest tech in TV so I took their word for it and bought it, BIG MISTAKE! I'll never believe another one salesman. Every thing about it is awful!

I bought it when my last Samsung TV suddenly died after only 5 years. I’m hoping for a much longer life out of this one! It was very easy to set up, especially the Samsung sound bar I bought with it. The picture is crystal clear! It is pretty easy to navigate. I wish I could go straight to apps when I turn it on rather than navigating to it, but it’s only a couple clicks extra. The remote just stopped working yesterday and I figured out it needs to be plugged in and charged. I hope it lasts more than 10 days each charge. Overall, I love the Samsung brand and am happy with my purchase.

I love the picture quality of this tv. Images are clear and easy to distinguish from near or far across the room. Colors are true to life. It did take a while to learn to use the menus. I'm in my 80s and had to have my adult son show me how to operate the tv. I don't mean turning it on but rather getting closed captioning, etc. I still don't totally understand everything but I can do most of everything I need. I still have problems getting to Amazon Prime, etc, but I'll finally get the hang of it. I haven't had the tv that long yet. Overall I recommend this tv for it's clarity of picture and accurate colors.

I got the 50 inch Q60D as a birthday present, and it like it so far. I have a Spectrum cable box, a Sony 4K UltraHD player and a Nintendo Switch hooked up to it. It has 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, and an optical audio output on the back. The built in speakers don't sound the best, so you might want to have an external audio device like a home theater system, soundbar, or stereo system hooked up to the TV. The HDMI3 port also can be set up as an HDMI audio return channel(ARC) or you can use the optical audio output. I have the optical audio output hooked up to my late 80s Onkyo TX-850 2 channel stereo receiver with the help of a JTECH-D2A3 Digital to Analog Converter

This tv fit perfectly in the small space on my bedroom chest of drawers. Besides the beautiful, crisp picture, I loved how easy it was to set up. I am not electronically inclined and Samsung has taken the guesswork out of TV setup allowing the use of a QR code with easy to follow instructions. This smart TV has soooo many apps/ options that I haven't even begun to explore. Another great feature is that the remote will control all your other devices such as my firestick and cable TV box. I am so pleased with my purchase!

My previous main TV was a Samsung (now around 11 years old and still works perfectly in guest bedroom) and I insisted on replacing with a Samsung. No other brand suited me. As does no other mobile phone brand. Everything about using a Samsung is in my opinion 'easy'....it works without too much fuss or bother having to look up manuals etc. The clarity of the TV is excellent. Overall a wonderful smart TV that is super slim, looks fabulous, is fantastic to watch and easy to navigate. Also loving the small easy to use solar powered remote! Total bonus!! Thanks Samsung!

I researched tv’s for months and eventually decided on purchasing this 85” Samsung OLED TV on the pretense that it was a more premium line. Wow, was I wrong! The picture quality is absolutely horrendous. In fact, the quality of my previous 16 year old tv was better in every way imaginable. I am dumbfounded how Samsung could sell a tv with such poor quality. Yes, it’s large but at the cost of quality. The colors are distorted, watching sports is a joke, and at times, you can barely read text cause of the quality. After 20+ years being a Samsung customer, the time has come to start looking at other manufacturers. This TV is a joke, save your money at buy something else.

Excellent TV and computer monitor performance while multitasking this quality, enhanced performance audio video device - the SAMSUNG 43 inch QLED 4K Q60D - I couple my Q60D with a curved monitor I utilize primarily to navigate my computer and perform routine tasks. When I'm lucky I'm able to catch a little TV and compute simultaneously, and when I'm rushed or otherwise stressed, I can focus on specific tasks while availing myself of desired information up close as needed/desired. The TV sound is very good but I often use ear buds controlled by my computer for specific effects when listening to exquisite music.

I needed a 50 inch TV because my eyesight is nowhere as good as it used to be and when I went to the electronics department I observed quite a few different brands and makes of TV's on display. After carefully looking at each one and examining the features I chose the Samsung QLED 4K Q60D because it was the clearest most brilliant picture of them all. Adding to the fact that it was a smart TV so the setup and features were a breeze. As good as the picture is the sound is on the same level, clear and the right balance of bass and treble with very good volume adjustment. I would highly recommend the Samsung brand TV's to anyone and everyone who wants quality at a decent price

I purchased this 32 inch QLED to replace an older LED TV. The menu system is difficult and trying to get local channels was very hard. I do not like the new little remote. It is not good. Also the angle view is terrible. When looking at the screen from an angle the color fades in picture all the faces of the people on the screen. I asked for service and the repairman replaced the computer and when that did not work replaced the screen and the cable to the screen. I rehung the TV and it is still a terrible picture if viewed from an angle. Also the screen runs very warm. I have another brand OLED TV and the screen is almost room temperature. I would not buy this model line TV again.

Which it works great for both of those purposes. For gaming I play a lot of first person shooters. The reaction time is not the fastest for it but it works just fine for me. I also get crisper and cleaner views while playing than I would with any other TV. While watching TV, whether it's a show or a movie, the images are crisp and clean. I also like that there are separate audio modes for it that enhance different sound profiles. That along with all the different settings nice and helpful for those hard of hearing. Samsung has done a very good job with this one.

This is the first TV I have seen that comes with a rechargeable remote control. No more batteries. The picture is vivid with beautiful colors. The sound is great. It had all kinds of games on it. Including some really popular ones. With this TV, you wouldn't have to pay for streaming services. It comes with its own channels. They have something for everyone. They have ghost stories to murder mysteries and everything in between. I absolutely love this TV. I would definitely recommend it!

Great picture quality, no issues with apps. There are a few things I don’t love but I am generally happy with this tv. The remote is very sensitive and the buttons are so tiny and sensitive, it’s so easy to accidentally hit something wrong. Also I can’t figure out how to add certain apps to my home page, I tried “add to home” and it didn’t work. Guess I have to search it. Also the sound isn’t that great. You have to increase the volume pretty high in comparison to my last tv but nothing a soundbar couldn’t fix. Overall though I am happy with this tv and the clear picture. The apps respond every well l, as does the remote, which is were major issues I had with my previous tv (not Samsung).

I replaced my older 32" samsung with what was advertised to be very bright....ha..ha..ha, Not only is it very dark but it is impossible to get the colors right for most movie viewing. Too green, too dull...but commertials are ok????? Sound is very very bad. I need to turn the volume up to 60 (near max) sometimes; sometimes 25 is loud??? This unit might be broken but it took me over a month of adjusting to convince myself that it is just a bad design. So not returnable! Does it need a software update? Samsung wants me to create an account just to find out. Won't buy another Samsung TV.......

I got this at an unbelievable deal, a long with trade-in option of my 12 year old 32" TV. The HD and 4K contents are amazing. Excellent sound quality. Kids loving it. The trade-in helped to take away the electronic recycling hassel. Unpacking and setup was quick and easy. Needs two person to lift though! It has got Samsung live TV, gaming hub, etc. many other features yet to explore. It's quite early however I think I am good for next 12 years.

Have it paired with the HW - A650 soundbar and works well with it. Sound is great. Easy voice assist set up. Remote doesn't need batteries and TV response is fast. Hooked up to internet quick and flawlessly. Video games look sharp and crisp. Was able to link my account to it and all my profiles and accounts became instantly available. Absolutely love the TV. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a 4k tv. One down side is the refresh rate, but I knew that buying it. Hasn't dissapointed and really can't tell the difference from a higher refresh rate. Was a perfect buy.

The clarity is better than I thought it would be (my other OLED has spoiled me) and it comes with so many useful features for us like built in Xbox Gamepass, Amazon Luna, a bunch of mobile games and a few other cloud gaming services, it has Bluetooth to our ear buds/headphones so we don't have to fight over who gets sound and the latency is pretty good, usually there's a delay that ruins it. My wife loves her TV.

I bought this TV about a month ago without any discount. It is the worst TV we’ve owned in fifty years. We bought it mainly to have access to several streaming services, like Apple TV. The streamed films are either dark gray or black! There are no settings adjustments to correct it. I’ve spent hours talking to Samsung, Apple, and Verizon, our internet provider. None could improve the dark situation. In addition, while just watching TV, the picture size is often distorted and cannot be altered through settings. The TV also generate an unsettling amount of heat. Need I say more?

I’ve been loving my Samsung Q1ED 65-inch TV! The picture quality is absolutely fantastic—the colors are so vibrant and the blacks are super deep, thanks to the Quantum Dot tech. Watching movies and sports is a whole new experience with that level of detail. The design is sleek and fits perfectly in my living room, and the smart features are really user-friendly, making it easy to jump into my favorite streaming apps. The lag between hitting buttons and working on screen is introllerable. Have switched to an old samsung remote from previous TV and am using google tv remote. Also why does the remote have solar power and usb c charging who in your design team was desperate enough to prove themselves thought this was a good idea? or was it the marketing team? plus why is the remote so tiny! Never thought id complain so much about a remote but given its the main way to use the product this is kind of a big issue!

Wish there were more clearly defined “display” options, e.g., “Cinema”, “Sports”, etc., but maybe I’ll find those when I dig deeper into all the “bells & whistles.” I’ll enjoy it more once I’ve switched all my apps from my “Firestick” to the Samsung TV. When my 16 year old 46" Sony Bravia LCD television started giving the color stripes of death I started researching for a replacement. After a few days I narrowed my choices down to another Sony and the Samsung. I still have a Samsung 19" LCD PC monitor that I purchased new in 2008 and a 5 year old Samsung 860 EVO SSD and 2 year old Samsung 870 EVO SSD drives that are all working flawlessly. Choosing the Samsung QLED was a no-brainer. I thought the old Sony had a good picture but the Samsung blows it away. The QLED integrates nicely with an Amazon Fire TV Cube and an AirTV Anywhere with Sling Orange for streaming and local channels. I use the QLED with a VESA pedestal stand so I could continue to use my ZVOX SoundBase 440.

Love the 55" size so stuck with that, and upgraded to the Q60D QLED 4K Smart TV. Very easy installation, although I didn't realise that new TV's prefer HDMI connections for things like DVD players instead of the old 3 coloured prong connectors. But better picture from the better connection. Very happy with how easy it was to order and pay, have delivered and have my old TV taken away. I love that ability. Well done Samsung, on thinking about making a customers life easy.

Da tristeza ver los comentarios de aquellos que recién realizaron la compra, les indico lo que les va a pasar: Este TV se presume que debe tener una vida útil alrededor de 30mil horas (aprox. 10 años), en mi caso un tv que poco se utiliza, al parecer presenta un problema de fábrica, ya que a tan solo el año empezó a apagarse y encenderse sólo sin poder utilizarse El repuesto representa aprox. el 90% del Tv, aunque Samsung reemplazo el repuesto pasaron algunos meses y vuelve y genera el mismo error y al parecer ya no quieren responder. Me percaté de las reclamaciones que realizaron compradores sólo hasta después de adquirirlo…que tristeza, me siento engañado, entendía que SAMSUNG de verdad representaba una marca de CALIDAD…

WOW! Super easy setup which was nice to begin with. Then the best thing was how nice the picture was while watching a movie. Sharp & Clear color. It didn’t take long to realize we made a great choice. We then decided to mount it on the wall which we’ve never done in the past. Again it was so easy to do and it hangs close to the wall so looks like a framed picture. We are hooked!! Best tv we have ever owned. ☺️

I bought 65" Class QLED 4K Q60D some months ago and enjoy it except for a few issues. The main issue is th remote control. It is small, as no ‘last’ button to return to a previous channel nor any ability to quickly get to another channel. You must scroll the channels on by one. This is tedious and uncomfortable to my thumbs. As a matter of fact, I am having discomfort in my hands and thumbs which I think is coming from the small remote. It’s also difficult to get the sound right. I have to cut the volume up so loud in such a small apartment to hear we’ll.

It was very easy to put together (the base) although I would recommend doing this with 2 people I managed to do it on my own as the foam and cardboard allows it to free stand as you do it. The thing I love most about this TV is the amount of channels I can get on it from the internet and how simple it is to setup streaming services and just watch whatever I like from there. I love this TV so much that I went and purchased a secodn 55" QLED 4K smart tv (this 75" ones little brother) to put downstairs, it's the exact same model but in 55" and it's just so easy. If you're on the fence about getting one of these, just do it and you won't be unhappy.

Very goodfriends gifted me the 55" model of this T.V. brand new! Over the moon with the overall performance and the clarity of the picture. The remote was a bit challenging to start with, but the overall set-up was very easy. Having been a professional photographer for 40 years I am very aware of picture set-up but after a few adjustments on different media I was able to reach an excellent balance of color, brightness, contrast and tint. I keep getting disconnected from my WiFi and I also get error messages that say that the QLED is out of memory when I’m streaming shows. These were the same problems that I had with my previous Samsung Smart TV, as well constantly pausing, and freezing up. That was why I thought it had to be the Smart TV after troubleshooting with the only streaming service that I subscribe to, DiscoverPlus, and my ISP, AT&T Fiber. After weeks of working with both vendors over a few weeks, I decided to spend the money and purchase the 2024 QLED. What a waste!

The televisions performance is great. However, this is really a mass surveillance device designed to mine as much data from you as possible. You even have to create a "samsung account" to use all the "features" of the television. This is of course just another way for them to force you to hand them more data, and force you to accept their user agreements/terms and conditions/privacy policy (which there is none). This is a mass surveillance device that YOU pay for, and you are NOT compensated for the your metadata that they will mine from you.

I bought this TV for my new house.It was mounted on my wall and after a few days, I realized that it was not working correctly. It had a row of lights on the bottom that would not turn off. I called the Samsung people and they contacted a repairman who came and fixed it in about 10 days. I was very happy to have the television work like new, which is why I bought a new TV. But it was inconvenient to not have my television for a couple of weeks and no knowledge if it would get fixed, but all's well for now. The TV was fixed and good as new.

Love this tv ! It is packed with features like a game hub that allows you to play games by just pairing any controller to it and just sign in to your gamepass account and you’ll be ready to stream games . Sound is great (although I bundled it with a soundbar for that cinema feel ) . For most programming it will show fine , but it will struggle a bit during super fast scenes as it is only a 60hz refresh rate , but is not too bad , just a bit of ghosting , the tv does a good job trying to keep up so even with that , didn’t bother me .

I had to go to social media to find out how to operate TV. I had no idea you cannot access local stations so I can watch the news, “live” news is not current news it’s taped. I have to buy a HD antenna and a sound bar bc the audio is not good and I have to turn the volume up to 50 and higher. I have purchased the antenna but have to pay someone to install, I will have pay someone to install the sound bar also. I was gonna return TV but spent extra money to have tv installed bc the installer was missing some screws, and I would have to pay someone to take tv off wall mount. Do after speaking with others who had this TV I decided to keep the TV.

This TV is the fastest working, Sleekest, Thinnest, most best picture I've ever seen in my life plain and simple. The upgraded Remote is awesome too cooler more ergonomic design that is RECHARGEABLE and also charges by Solar Power by the small panel on the back, just flip it over and set it on a window sill that gets sunlight during the day while at work or whatever. If I had known they made an 85" I would've bought that one instead lol. Great TV to mount or set on its feet on a nice piece of furniture. It’s…fine? I was very hopeful after fawning over this TV for months. But I have to admit - the picture quality is no better than my 20-year old Sony Bravia LCD. The color spectrum can be blinding at times, especially with white backgrounds. Even when adjusting the picture dynamics. The TV is blurry for the first 10-15 seconds of watching it before it 'settles'. The load time when using any of the streaming services is terribly slow at best, and they often won't load. If I could go back and buy this TV again, I wouldn't.

We needed a new TV after our old DLP finally died, so I did some investigating and I found this one. We love it! It has such wonderful colors, especially the purples and I haven't made any adjustments. It's very easy to use, once you figure it out. We have our Roku hooked up to it and it has a "Recent" window, so it's easy to access the last thing you were watching. It only has 3 HDMI ports, but I bought an HDMI splitter that works perfectly. Yo compré el Q60B que imagino será la versión anterior, lo instale y la pantalla se quemó a los 15 minutos de encendido, llame a servicio técnico y demoraron un mes para decirme que no tenía arreglo y que me lo iban a cambiar, gracias a Dios lo hicieron, el control es muy versátil, pero a los 6 meses dejo de recibir carga solar y ahora para poder usarlo debo conectarlo a un cargador tipo C, la carga completa dura dos horas y se descarga de nuevo, ahora me toca usar la app de smarthings para poder usar el televisor

I have ALWAYS bought Samsung products, if Samsung made it I bought it, but no more. Their quality has gone way down. They never even offered to refund my money for their television that doesn’t work. The colors are deep, the black has depth, and its clear and detailed. 90% of the time it loads up basically instantly and is ready to use soon as I turn it on, and the bluetooth connection to my speaker takes about 1-2 seconds once I hit my speakers power button. The only way it could be better is if it magically could transform into a 70in 8k TV at no extra cost haha

I bought this 4 days ago and was really looking forward to watching my movies on the big screen. The first movie I chose came up with a message 'audio file not supported'. I searched for answers as my previous Samsung TV played all without a problem. I am disappointed to find anything with DTS (Dolby digital) will not play the audio as Samsung will not pay the licencing fees. Considering I ripped most of my movies from BluRay, onto a hard drive, they all have DTS. They're now unplayable on my new TV. Apart from that, I love the TV. I am happy to be corrected by Samsung if the information I have read is incorrect. I also much prefer the functionality of the remote on my old Samsung TV. I am still getting used to the home page as it's very different from what I am used to.

The picture looks amazing, vivid colors, the contrast is also great. I like the operating system, it is easy to use, this is not my first Samsung TV and I do not think it will be my last becase of the system that it uses. The apps are easy to look for and use, I do not need anything else, it works alone, As for the Gaming Hub, it keeps my family entertained with different games without a gaming console so we really like that as well. I like the size it is in a shared room so everyone can enjoy. Overall it is another great TV from Samsung, from the picture to the apps and how fast it is on everything,

The TV is all great with picture quality looks and design however I see the major setback is with the sound from built-in TV speakers. I have a Samsung 55 inch TV for past 10 years and the sound from that old tv speakers outrightly beat the sound from the new Samsung 75 inch TV. I’m not sure if it’s a Samsung’s deliberate decision to reduce the quality of speakers in order to encourage external speaker but for me until I bought a new external Bluetooth speaker we couldn’t enjoy the sound from the TV

I like the TV but the TV is only as good as the remote control is. First, there is no controls on the TV itself so you can not control the TV volume, power and channel selection. Second the remote control that Samsung provides is horrible, you can't control the volume consistency, sometimes it works and sometimes it DON'T. When I unboxed the TV it took the remote five to six minutes to start to respond to the remote control then all of sudden it started working and it hasn't got any better so far.

We have been waiting for over a year to buy an new TV and we are so glad that we picked a Samsung. Even more have that we bought the Samsung 75 QLED. The picture quality is so crisp and clear, the sound is perfect even without a sound bar system. We bought this TV so that my wife (she has a hearing issue) and need to have a normal Tv turned way up to be able to hear. Now with the Multi Output , she can use her Bluetooth earphones and I can have the TV at a lower level and she can hear it clearly.

I'm 82 year old who finally had to replace my 25 year old JVC. In the beginning I struggled with the set-up, Luckly I had nephew who understood the new technology and got it Working. The TV is GREAT, beautiful picture, I'm very happy. HOWEVER the remote is difficult for me to use. Its to small, keys hard to read. I still can't figure how to use the sound control. AGAIN Luckly my nephews set it up so I can control with my old cable box remote9 Works great for me), TV picture is excellent.

This was an affordable TV with nice features and it was really easy to setup. I like the Samsung Tizen OS that's on the TV, the User Interface is easy to understand, it's clean and fast when switching to different sections. The streaming apps that I use were already added and that was a plus. The speakers on the TV are okay, but I ended up adding a soundbar, which was pretty much plug and play, so it was a breeze to setup. Overall, I think the price that I got it for it makes this TV worth it. The screen size is HUGE, and the side profile of the TV is THIN! It takes a bit of adjusting to get the colors perfect, but it looks fine for what it is. I honestly prefer Samsung TVs over other brands because the picture quality is so much better. And this TV was suitable for what I needed in a new TV.

Extremely Disappointed ! I thought when I purchased Samsung I would be getting a top of the line tv. I purchased 3 Samsungs at Christmas to replace the living room and bedroom tvs. The interface or “hub” is confusing, the remote is junk, and the WIFI card is weak. TV is 25’ direct line of site from main router (WiFi 6) of a mesh system. I ended up having to hook a satellite node directly to all 3 tvs. ISP techs told me that Samsung tvs have some of the worst wifi cards out there.

This TV was the most expensive TV we have ever purchased and we could not be more disappointed. From the moment we purchased it has not worked correctly. The sound will periodically get out of sync completely, an issue which we called Samsung about and they were unwilling to correct. Due to this we have to stop and restart the TV in the middle of shows and movies often, which is very frustrating and annoying. Last month the display had about 1/3 of the screen turn dark, fortunately after doing a reset on the TV this had been resolved, but it is sure to happen again. I will never buy another Samsung TV again after this experience. We bought another TV around the same timeframe from a company that is amazing!!! All I can say about that is Life is Good! Stay wagon this model and manufacturer at all costs!

This TV is well worth the price. It does more than I know what it does. Not only does it have Samsung TV Plus but it has Samsung daily+ which I still need to learn about. The color quality on the TV is outstanding. My dad has a Samsung 2019 and I thought his color was amazing this knocks it out of the park. Watching TV shows I watched a million times before and I'm like huh that is so much better than I remember it. If your second guessing about getting the TV just get the TV..

I bought this Television after buying the 55 inch version. It's for my mother who is disabled. I can turn her TV off from my bed with the built-in smart things app. But the picture and functionality between the two TV'S just can't be beaten!!!!! So much viewable content! But for my mom or my large living room, I love the "vibes" channels (ocean, forest, rain, snowy cottage, beach) so beautiful when I'm vacuuming or something! But the STINGRAY music channels are the fireworks!

The build quality is solid, little bulky due to its sheer size. But overall picture quality is great. I came from Sony Full HD and Hisense ULED, and wanted to try something bigger and better brand. This is my first month of use but I will definitely recommend this QLED to those who wanted to try affordable TV with better brand. The Tizen OS is also great though I use my Fire TV stick 4K max.

I have had the QLED Smart TV for 3 months now and i am still having problems understanding how to work within the Samsung Smart TV system I am having problems finding ways to add apps like PBS, it was not on the option list. The old TV had the PBS through my Firestick, but this TV does not have PBS with the Firestick, I have no idea why. I try to mirror from my laptop, but all I can get it a split screen, making my mirroring program useless. Picture and sound is great.

I do find the Solar/light TV Remote a bit limited with features that would make viewing easier. example no direct access to 'captions'. Also remote needs to be left upside down to charge, but hard to remember to do so after turning TV off. Old habits die hard.

I purchased this TV as a replacement to a much older 43" Samsung used for home office use. My primary viewing includes news, financial news, sports, light entertainment, and connection to Zfold5. Just recently I added the 4K viewing option from YTubeTV. I am overly pleased with the picture quality (a Samsung hallmark), ease of menu options, and links to other Samsung products. llevo 1 mes con el y me encanta, su imagen es excelente con HDR, cuantum dot, su manejo muy fácil de configurar, el control es excelente y permite controlar otros dispositivos de la marca, también adquirí la barra de sonido de la misma referencia Q600A y se complementan de gran forma, es como tener tu propio cine en casa, ahora solo espero el kit wireless 9100s que tuve que conseguir en usa porque no lo encontré en Colombia para tener un completo sonido envolvente.

I am pleased with the picture and extra added features. The sound could be better, but I know that’s always a problem unless you purchase a sound bar. I do not like the remote. Oftentimes when you change the volume, you mute it instead due to the button being very small and it gets pressed when trying to push it up and down. Also the buttons for Disney and Netflix, etc. are easily pressed when holding the remote. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase.

The television is very slow it is very slow loading every time you turn it on it takes forever to load the channels Whenever you change channels it takes forever The worst part is when a commercial comes on the volume goes extremely loud every time you got to run to grab the remote to mute the commercials there's no volume control when a commercial comes on which is the main reason I want to get rid of this television and I'm probably looking at another brand

I very much like this TV controls are as clear as can be and the setup options are effective in making it display film and meda as it was designed to look, cinema mode with a few tweaks was all it took as well as disabling all teh motion smooting and enhancements. Honestly thos should be default off as my TV is not a phone with rediculkous brightness and colors that are from a comic book. but thats another kettle of fish. So far superreliable and very happy.

Image quality is also excellent and software is very easy to handle with. I use my corporate EDP and is fantastic. Even had a little issue connecting apple car play and customer service was awesome helping me out and got it done.I hope i can win this so i can use it to buy my Qseries 11.4 SoundBar!
