Compre el panel pero no incluye los tornillos para montarlo en el lavavajillas lo cual considero que sí ya se pagó por el electrodoméstico y aparte se paga por la personalización, no creo que sea lógico no incluir los tornillos para unir esos dos componentes. fatal. y me comuniqué con sus asesores para atención y no pudieron darme información de la medida, solo me dirigieron a un centro especializado samsung donde me comuniqué y me comentaron que como tal los tornillos no es algo que ellos manejen, lo cual entiendo totalmente porque como usuario del producto esperaba estuvieran incluidos en la compra del producto.

while the panel looks very nice and is easy to clean, it does not completely latch into place and thus leaves a gap at the top. i got the 1st panel replaced and the 2nd panel has the same issue. now i am wondering of the defective part is the dishwasher instead of the panels but with the hassle of getting the panel replaced, i can only imagine the difficulty getting the dishwasher replaced.

The glass panel in white for my Bespoke dishwasher (DW80A7070AP) never fight right. There is about 1/8 inch gap between the top of the panel and where it should lay flat against the dishwasher. The gap is frustrating; I tried about a dozen times to get this to fit with no success. My concern is water/food particles getting behind the panel and impacting the normal operations of the dishwasher. Plus, it just looks bad; not the kind of minimalistc look I was expecting.

Yes ... Installing the Bespoke Dishwasher panel is very tight ... You must first hook the panel into the bottom the gradually press firmly on each side starting from the bottom as you can see it clips inside the frame of the dishwasher as you press all the way up it will click in ... The last bit is even harder but if you start from the top side a you lift on the handle this will allow the panel to click in underneath the top door frame ...

Loving the white glass panel! Blends in wonderfully with our white cabinets and much easier to keep clean than stainless. Whites come in many shades - this one is more of a grey white than bright - so do not expect a perfect match (but matches more than stainless would)

-Doesnt clean well enough -Doesnt dry well enough (even with rinse aid) -I would rather have my falling apart dryer that was installed in 1995 back. At least the dishes were clean and crispy dry.
