[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my Z fold 7 for about 4 days now and I am loving the Display and the design is very nice love the look of it the feel of it and I love using it although opening it is a little hard I think on both of the side edges should have a little raised part so easier to open and the battery is okay but could be much better cause mine does not last the day the way I use it camera is very good as well but the hump at the back makes it very wobbly that needs to be addressed as well. The performance of the phone is very very good. I have the 1 T B version. So the performance should be good overall all in one it’s a great phone but yes, I miss the s pen that feature should not have been removed

It's fantastic to see that you're off to a good start with your Z Fold7, Raj, so we appreciate your feedback. The design is slimmer than ever, to make it easier to handle or use wherever you need it, and both screens boost the quality of everything that you'd be viewing to remarkable levels. The main camera is the most powerful to ever been included in our Fold range, so that you can capture the moments of your day like never before. The great news is that the battery is intelligent enough to learn how you use your phone on a daily basis, and adapt itself accordingly. While this process may take up to two weeks to complete, we do have some excellent tips for how to optimise the battery, so that you get the most from every charge, which you can find by following this link: https://bit.ly/HowToResolveBatteryDrainSamsungPhone It has been designed to be easier to open, but we are happy to take on board your feedback regarding this. The bump around the rear cameras is required to ensure the cameras can perform at the best levels, and take the incredible photos. We are also happy to take on board your feedback regarding the removal of S-Pen compatibility, as we'll always listen to customer feedback regarding improvements that they'd hope to see. ^DB at Samsung Support
Unreliable. Inner screen developed cracks under the screen and not the screen itself at the hinge. Phone was sent back with the red arrow sticker to show me the "damage" that prevents Samsung from repairing it under the "screen warranty". Interface is completely black now. Front screen that doesn't have the hinge still works like a dream despite all that "damage" that caused the inner screen issues. Battery is very reliable since it now only powers the small outer screen. Husband just ordered our first Google phone after years of Samsung products. Save yourself thousands and a headache.
Hello Kim D, Thank you for providing this detailed feedback. The Galaxy Fold7 is designed for a premium foldable experience with advanced display technology, supporting up to 500,000 folds, about 5 years of use. It also offers strong performance and reliable battery life. It's great to see the outer display continues to function smoothly and dependably. While the warranty covers many aspects of your device, Samsung Care+ offers additional benefits for repairs. Samsung guarantees its products against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship with a 12-month warranty, as specified for each product. This coverage gives customers peace of mind, ensuring their investment is protected and they receive the expected reliability and performance from Samsung. For more assistance with plan options, please reach out to our Samsung Support Team. Your feedback is valuable as we improve our foldable technology. We appreciate your loyalty and your input helps us shape future products. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. The display is quite impressive, crease has decreased an AMAZING amount, I am quite clumsy so the phone has fallen and survive every fall, on hard tiles, brick and carpet! Hope to see charging 2.0 tho, as the battery takes a while to charge. The camera is absolutely amazing! I use it to take pictures of flowers all the time, but the performance is okay. It is great while playing games but struggles to play YouTube above 1080p, but it may be a me issue. But I have tried to apply a silicon case to it and found out that the phone corners are really easy to accidentally bend, and now the top left corner (when unfolded) is slightly bent outwards and doesnt sit fully flush with the other side, like a millimeter or two off.

Thank you for your lovely review of your Z Fold7! From the 200MP rear camera, striking 8" Dynamic AMOLED 2X QXGA+ main display and impressive 4,400 mAh battery, you'll get the ultimate performance! We are sad to read that this has happened to the phone, with the Aluminium Frame, this is built to last, however, if any sort of physical damage is occurred, this will need repairing and will be chargeable.

Have wanted a flip or fold phone when they 1st came out but never really felt comfortable with the previous 6 generations of these devices. The FOLD 7 totally changed my mind it looks and feels like what a phone should be (congrats Samsung) if you havent checked out the Z fold 7 you dont know what your missing have had this phone since Thanksgiving and besides the normal waiting for updates to fix a few glitches this phone is a Beast highly recommend if you been on the fence before check this version out and decide if it's rightfor you. Nothing I write will persuade you to making your decision all I will say I feel I made the right choice for myself and my wants and needs.

Bought this on release, took a little to get to Mae, but besides that, love the phone. Lots of space for productivity, lots of ways to customize and personalize the phone to myself, very accessible and I love the weight. Lots of great things about this phone that id love to see improved on in the next iteration! Like s pen support, or a better optimized battery for that full 24 hour battery life, but more durable of a screen to prevent micro-denting on the inside of the device, a little bit of a raised lip next to the fingerprint sensor so opening such a thin phone is a little simpler, etc.

Bought this 2 weeks ago. Really great phone! Im amazed by how thin the phone is, and how much more durable it seems compared to its predecessors. The phone is so slim that when its not folded out it resembles an average phone. I bought a case for it and even with the case the phone is super thin! How can they fit 12gb of ram in this thing?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having transitioned from the Samsung Z Fold 5, I have observed significant enhancements. The refined design and reduced weight have demonstrably improved portability and pocket-friendliness. The expanded cover display has facilitated easier typing and broader application compatibility. Furthermore, the Z Fold 7's camera capabilities, particularly macro shot functionality, represent a marked improvement over the Z Fold 5. The updated CPU has demonstrably enhanced battery performance and overall system responsiveness, especially during device startup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Fold 7 is the best device I've ever had. Starting from the design - it is so thin and beautiful - every time I pick it up, I get excited. Just looking at pictures online will not give you the full story - you should go and check it out in the store. Once you hold it, it looks like a standard phone, and then you open the Fold, and you're stunned by its vast, gorgeous inner display. It's a whole different world - reading, using two apps at once, playing games, and watching videos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Fold 7 a couple of weeks ago. I switched from the S24 Ultra to this and couldn’t be happier. Wonderful to see how much you are enjoying your upgrade to the epic Z Fold7! The transformative design means that you have a phone and tablet all rolled into one, with the inner 8.0" Dynamic AMOLED display acting as your gateway to a whole new world of tech. The 4400 mAh battery works with the Snapdragon processor to give you as much life from each charge as possible. During the initial optimisation, your battery life will be lower as it discovers how to be the best battery for you. With further use, we're certain that this will be improved, and your phone will quickly earn that fifth star! ^SK at Samsung Support
Its a slim and sleek device. Definitely grabs attention and wows you. But at the same time, so sleek that you have to give it care and love for the amount of money you spend on it. The overall best folding experience in today's market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultra unfolds. This device is amazing; it's gotten every feature the Fold needed from its predecessors. Bigger Cover and Main screen. (See images for comparison with Fold 6.) Better camera. Bonus if it's lighter and still holds incredible battery capacity. What more could you ask for? The typing experience has never been this easy. I've previously owned an Ultra device, and it feels like this is the perfect size for a Fold. I'm an avid reader of ebooks and like to watch YouTube videos daily; the main screen more than accommodates these tasks with ease. The camera is unbelievable. See some shots from today's hike in the Peak District.

We are over the moon to see you are loving the Z Fold7! This is our thinnest and lightest Fold device yet, at 8.9mm when folded and 215g in weight, you'll be loving this lightweight slim phone for years to come! From the striking 6.5" Dynamic AMOLED 2 HD+ cover display and 8" Dynamic AMOLED 2X QXGA+ main display, the possibilities are endless! Along with the 200MP rear camera, you'll be taking epic pics to last a lifetime! Along with the 4,400 mAh battery, you will get hours to enjoy each aspect of the phone! ^LB at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this phone for the past month and my experience to date is very positive. In particular, i am impressed by the unique large format offered by the device when unfolded which is incredible for viewing photos, browsing the web and reading books. The quality of the photos and the screen itself is very high. I was skeptical as to whether this phone would be thin and light enough to be user friendly - but it is. Battery life is reasonable. I am still getting used to some Android features, and sometimes the internet seems to freeze on the device for no apparent reason but the phone gives a great user experience and I am delighted with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the fold z7 after my successful pre-order of the fold z5 and I am amazed by the improvements and find myself using more of the features than I did before. The handling is so much better, sleek and slim yet feels bigger by a mile to be able to stream my shows and movies. I have always been a sasmung user from my first Note 3 following every release to the z7 only missing out on the Note 5 and fold z6. Every upgrade has left me impressed and given me more functions. When AI came to my Z5 I didn't really latch on but in the short time I've had my Z7 I find myself using it more by the day. The other major improvement I'm feeling is the voice recognition, having a strong welsh accent I've always found myself repeating but my Z7 seems to understand way better. This weekend I also got the opportunity during my daughters 7th birthday trip to the Theme park to really test out the camera, I was blown away with the slow motion features and editing and how clear the zoom is even during fast paced actions. I rate my Z7 and 9.5 out of 10 only losing half a point because I wish I could have got it sooner haha. Thanks Samsung and keep up the improvements, I look forward to further feature explorations in my upcoming Thailand holiday trip for video editing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung Fold is an incredible device and has quickly become my favourite gadget. The design is sleek, super slim, and incredibly lightweight. Setting it up was super straightforward and I'm still impressed by how smooth the overall user experience feels. The screen quality is absolutely stunning, making it perfect for watching YouTube, movies & tv shows, scrolling through pictures, or gaming at home or out and about. It's fast and responsive all the time and I love how practical it is as my new daily driver. I’d 100% highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new phone and is excited about having cutting-edge technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and I am impressed with it! I love the way it folds and unfolds - really smooth. When folded it works like a regular smartphone, very compact and slim, but when I unfold it I can have a massive screen in my hands that makes my reading, multitasking, watching videos and Netflix so easy and entertaining. The displays outside and inside are vibrant and sharp. Battery life keeps me going through the day with moderate use and the processing power is excellent. Its cameras also are perfect for everyday capturing moments. If someone is looking for a phone that works also as a mini tablet, this is the perfect choice.

Thank you for your lovely review of your Z Fold7, George! With the Armor FlexHinge, you'll be folding away easier than ever before! Not only that, but this is our thinnest and lightest Fold device yet, at only 8.9mm when folded and 215g in weight, you'll be getting the ultimate feel! The striking 8" Dynamic AMOLED 2X QXGA+ main display will make multitasking a breeze, and the pics taken on the 200MP rear camera will come to life! Not to forget, thanks to the massive 4,400 mAh battery and powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the performance you will get will blow you away! ^LB at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this device! I’ve been wanting a Galaxy Z Fold device for the longest, and now that they’ve given it a better display, along with the same performance as the S25 Ultra, I couldn’t be happier! The cameras are as good as my S25U, obviously it doesn’t have the optical zoom, but that’s not a biggie for me. The design is amazing, it is unreal, I don’t get how it’s so thin! For a phone which has two display, one regular and one ultra big, the battery has been good for now, so can’t complain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just pre ordered z fold7 in a black colour& I can't say enough how beautiful this device is. I came from note 20 ultra which last with me more than 5 yrs with no single issue! Samsung phones are very reliable and their OS is second to none👌🏼, the device is soo light, firm and strong. The battery is good. Display is perfect. The camera is v.good but as I know Samsung it will be better after one or two updates. The performance is just a beast, I play games almost 4 to 5 hours a day with no problem at all, Everything is a top notch, u can feel the premium in every single aspect of this phone .. I already recommended it to my friends and my husband is already thinking about it from now 🥰 Overall after 4 days of usage, the phone is just a blessing -as expected-🙌

We're thrilled to see that you are already loving your new Z Fold7. It's gorgeous to look at from any angle, and both screens provide cinema-like visual experiences. The operating system works flawlessly with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, which is the most powerful to ever feature in our Galaxy. The pro-grade camera set up has everything that you'd need to capture stunning photos and videos, and the AI will even help you edit them so they always look and sound exactly as you wanted them to. Not only is the battery powerful right from the first time you turn the phone on, but it learns to adapt itself to how you use it on a daily basis, so you'll always get the best from every charge. We appreciate both your review, and your heartfelt recommendations to others. ^DB at Samsung Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Galaxy Z Fold 7 on July 22nd, and I must say — it’s Samsung’s most refined design yet! From the moment I unboxed it, I could feel the premium craftsmanship. The hinge is smoother than ever, and the overall build feels sleek yet sturdy. Samsung has truly nailed the balance between a phone and a tablet, giving me the best of both worlds in one device. The new slimmer form factor makes it surprisingly comfortable to hold, and the redesigned front screen is finally more practical for everyday use. Every detail, from the materials used to the symmetry of the fold, screams innovation. It’s not just a phone — it’s a conversation starter and a productivity powerhouse. Massive kudos to Samsung for pushing boundaries. The Z Fold 7 is not only futuristic in features, but also flawless in design!

Pros : Blue color pops. Improved battery life and cameras. The zoom is phenomenal. Slightly wider main screen. Magsafe charging capability. The slim build is great and much lighter than previous models. Cons - The main screen would be prefect at 3in wide. A built in magsafe magnet would be better. The camera lens placement should be horizontal because it doesn't allow you to use magsafe wallets and batter charges. You have to position them diagonal so it's pointless.

Honestly, I'm still blown away by how this thing folds. It's like having a mini tablet in your pocket, which is super convenient for multitasking. The screen is surprisingly vibrant, and the whole experience feels pretty seamless. It's definitely a conversation starter, and I've gotten so many questions about it. Overall, it's a really cool piece of tech that feels futuristic. And by the way, I'm coming from the powerhouse S25 Ultra, and I almost didn't feel that I compromised a lot of features to get the fold. Overall, it's a seriously impressive piece of tech that could change how you interact with your phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 for a few weeks now, and it's honestly a game-changer. The build quality is sleek and premium, and the folding mechanism feels sturdier and smoother than ever. The inner display is stunning for watching videos, multitasking, and productivity. It’s like carrying a mini tablet that folds neatly into a phone-sized device. The S Pen support adds another level of functionality, especially for note-taking and sketching. Battery life is surprisingly solid, and the performance is super fast – no lags, even with multiple apps open. The cameras are also impressive, especially considering the form factor. Yes, it’s a premium device with a premium price tag, but if you’re into cutting-edge tech, the Fold 7 is well worth it. Highly recommended for tech lovers and productivity users!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Samsing Fold 7 for a couple of weeks now after upgrading from the Fold 4. So far I am loving it. The phone is much slimmer and I really appreciate the larger, brighter display whether opened or closed. Performance and battery life seem enhanced from my previous model. The new AI options are very intuitive. Overall it feels more comfortable to hold and operate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Z Fold7, I have had an opportunity to test out the phone and use it for about 30 minutes. I love how the phone feels in hand and how much more convenient it is to hold. I have been holding off from fold phones until now, as they were too bulky and thick to carry, but now the phone is much improved, and I am seriously considering switching to the Galaxy Z Fold7 this time. The phone looks very slick in hand and don't even feel it's a fold but like any other bar phone. Samsung should have given a little more battery on this big screen, and I doubt after long use it can last more than 24 hours. All in all, I am going to have one for my daily use. thanks for reading.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The display is phenomenal and this being my first foldable, I'm glad I went with the fold 7 as my first. The design has to be the highlight and what sets it apart from the rest. The performance is incredibly good even while using Dex it is fantastic and makes it a great option. The camera is brilliant too and deserves a praise, not bad for a foldable. The battery is relatively bad, I struggle a to get a full day out of it.

My first Fold, before I had the s23 Ultra which I loved, however it was to big. What I love about the Fold is when it's folded it's small and light, and when you need the bigger screen it unfolds beautifully. Also the camera is amazing! I have some amazing portraits, editing on the large display is great. The battery life isn't bad either considering the powerful performance. I am fully converted to the Fold and LOVE IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Fold7 is Samsung’s sleekest and lightest foldable yet—just 4.2mm thin when open and 215g, making it super pocket-friendly. Its super light, which makes you feel like you're holding up a piece of paper. Its 8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display is great for watching shows on, while the upgraded 6.5-inch cover screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio offers a more natural typing experience. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and a longer-lasting battery, performance is fast and efficient. The standout 200MP camera delivers stunning, ultra-detailed photos, placing it among the best in its class. Verdict: A refined, powerful foldable that finally balances style, function, and everyday usability.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones. Looks amazing, super snappy and powerful with the smpdragon 8 elite Gen 4, the best camera in smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI …functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.smartphones, absolutely polished samsung one ui, honestly I am amazed for days, superb AI … functionality, I have been gaming all day it barely gets warm, superb display and battery performance is better because of the more efficient cpu, honestly glad I made the right decision and would do it again.

We’re thrilled to see how much you are enjoying your S25 Ultra, Rajjdeep! It’s great that after deep research, the incredible capabilities of this model blew you away. The sleek design is perfectly complimented by the rich display and the speedy processor, which works in harmony with the battery to give you life all day. The 200 MP main camera lens captures true to life images, which can be edited easily with Galaxy AI. It’s the ideal device for gaming, work, and play - this model really has your back! ^SK at Samsung Support
