This isn't what we'd expect, and we're on hand to resolve it. We initially recommend performing a power cycle, as this can resolve any software glitches, and you can do this by unplugging your TV from the wall socket and waiting for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Also, please check for available software updates at Settings > Support > Software update, as up to date software will always deliver the best experience. Your TV features advanced AI sports capabilities through AI Football Mode Pro. To turn on AI Football Mode Pro, navigate to Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Enable Intelligent Mode.
