w opisie jest napisane "Zwiększ możliwości swojego urządzenia mobilnego. Odkryj nowe możliwości swojego S8 czy Note 8, podłączając urządzenie do monitora Samsung z portem USB typu C bez potrzeby korzystania z aplikacji. No hubs of software needed". W rzeczywistości po kablu usb-c Dex wyświetla się tylko w rozdzielczości 1920x1080. Na monitorze o rozdzielczości 3440x1440 wygląda to tragicznie. Natomiast z podstawką Samsung DexPad działa super, ale 1. Nie takie było założenie i nie to jest napisane na stronie, 2. Dexpada już trudno kupić, bo Samsung go chyba już nie produkuje.

Love the monitor so far. However, there are a couple of areas that have made me only give it 4 stars. For example if you are using USB-C to connect a laptop (I've only tested on a mac) then you have to use the one that comes in the box. and also the power cable as far as i can tell does not fit through the hole designed for cable management. However, I could just be a fool. Apart from that excellent display with nice features!

*Actual display is great *Stand is super wobbly *Stand is super deep - almost a foot vs. just a few inches for most monitors. I have a shallow desk, and it makes the screen very close to my face. *Audio only does not switch when switching sources. Very annoying, seems like a feature a monitor this expensive should come wit *USB ports do not switch when switching sources - i'm pretty sure display ports also carry USB... *There was no protective film on the monitor, only at the corners, and its very awkward to set up - I had to take the monitor off and on the stand multiple times to plug in the cables and get them the right length, i made a small scratch on the monitor while doing so. Pretty poor planning to not have protective film on the monitor. *The OSD toggle is super awkward - you have to go through three menus to switch sources or turn the monitor on/off.

I was not that excited when i got the monitor as the screen wobbles when i bump my desk etc. the monitor is not sturdy enough. Also last night a purple vertical line appeared. wasted my time with cables and still to no avail. I am expecting a replacement from Samsung but now I have to live with this thing that i never liked from the get go.....

I use it to play videogames, and edit videos. The panel's refresh rate is godsend in videos, and the aspect ratio makes games much more immersive. The wider panel is also extremely useful for scrubbing through footage in an editing software. Although the stand is a bit big, so look into getting a third party desk or wall mounted VESA stand

Outstanding monitor in direct comparison to the competition. At the time I bought it, it was one of very few monitors supporting 100 Hz and offering by far the best price performance ratio. The competition was 20% - 30% more expensive and did not offer as many features as this monitor. I own another high quality, high priced NEC monitor with IPS panel and an older Samsung with PVA panel (about 4 years old). The panel this monitor offers if better than the IPS panel of my NEC. The improvement Samsung has made on its PVA panels is also very noticeable, if compared to my older Samsung PVA monitor. + Very low latency times, at 100 Hz in native resolution no ripple effects at all Perfect for watching blue ray videos or gaming. Makes the expensive sync technology from NVIDIA and AMD obsolete + Excellent black and contrast ration in general + Perfect anti reflection coating, even direct incoming light is barely noticeable + Very light overall, which makes it very easy to install and handle. I have a solid large table and have no issues with any vibration or wobbling. + The picture and the colors are excellent. Unlike with a TV set or typical gaming monitor which have usually over saturated colors, the colors on this monitor are very accurate and neutral. + The fading of colors is very low and significantly better than on my older PVA panel. Even at an angle of 45 degrees (horizontal) no fading of colors is noticeable. - Lacks proper menu for color setting, only simple RGB rulers - Menu confusing, not clear how to enable picture stretching, if the source does not support native resolution

I've had my Samsung CH890 for about 24 hours now and I'm just completely blown away by this monitor. I had a 29" ultrawide previously and I did not think the additional 5" diagonal screen size would be that much of a difference, but I was wrong. While working, I can have 3 windows comfortably sized into 3 columns. It really makes a difference to just glance to the left and right on the same screen vs. looking at a 2nd screen. I fired up a couple games and was also just completely floored how gorgeous and immersive everything looks. Here's a few random thoughts: +Displayport and USB-C inputs mean both my work laptop and my gaming desktop can be hooked up at the same time and take advantage of the 100hz refresh rate (FYI you may have to manually increase the refresh rate in Advanced Display Options). +Tested out picture-in-picture today and I'm sure it will come in handy. (Note: Your computer may see the PIP setup as a new screen so you'll have to update position, etc. Also PIP seems to lock the screen to 50hz.) +The default eco mode settings are great for office work, but it's quick to change to the Cinema profile for watching a movie (tested out with Blade Runner 2049, looked gorgeous) or the gaming profile. +Controlling all the settings with the control stick is pretty intuitive. After a day I'm able to zip around the options to experiment with some different settings. +I was a little worried about the lack of reviews, but mine has really clean, even picture, with crisp text. +Box was packed well, and makes assembly of the stand super easy. Leave the monitor panel in there while you assemble the stand and then you can snap it in with the monitor still in the box. The instructions show this but it's easy to miss. You'll need a coin or screwdriver for 2 screws on the base. Overall no real negatives so far (50hz picture-by-picture and picture-in-picture mode is a slight bummer, but it's a feature I'll only use occasionally... also I could be wrong and there may be a way to increase the refresh rate when using these modes, but I haven't experimented too much with it yet.).
