[Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Deze wasmachine is zoals beschreven heel stil. 11 kilo was per keer wegwassen is ideaal en je hoeft niet iedere keer aan wasmiddel te denken. Je vult het vak en deze wordt automatisch berekend en gebruikt. Ik gebruik nu minder wasmiddel dan voorheen. Buiten het feit dat het een fantastische wasmachine is draag je ook bij aan een beter milieu. Dit door de eco stand, het energielabel en de hoeveelheid wasmiddel die je verbruikt. Daarnaast ziet hij er ook nog fantastisch uit. Ik zou bijna willen zeggen dat het jammer is dat mijn droger nog niet kapot is, want dan had ik een goede reden om de zwarte droger van deze serie aan te schaffen.

Cela fait maintenant 15 jours que je l’utilise et quel bonheur ! même la couette est rentrée ! le distributeur de lessive est un vrai plus ! Une super efficacité, facile d’utilisation, elle a également su trouver facilement sa place dans notre petite salle d’eau avec sa compacité et son très beau design. De nombreux programmes pour toutes les matières, que dire de plus sinon merci Samsung pour cette création 😊 Ne reste plus qu’à l’utiliser à distance grâce à l’application !

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] Tout d’abord son design simple, épuré et jolie à la fois, ensuite niveau performance je suis très impressionnée par la simplicité d’utilisation ainsi que par la qualité du lavage, vraiment vraiment parfaite, le choix de programmes est très complet et possibilité d’en rajouter et de personnalisé, niveau sonore très bien, économique car elle pèse et adapte le niveau de lessive et d’adoucissant nécessaire ainsi que le programme le plus adapté au linge et ne pas négliger l’eau bien entendu grâce à l’ecobubble . En bref j’avais déjà le sèche linge équivalent depuis 1 mois avec la machine à laver j’ai déjà contacter une baisse significative de ma consommation d’énergie.

"Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn nieuwe zwarte Samsung wasmachine! Het apparaat is stijlvol en past perfect bij mijn interieur. Maar het is niet alleen het uiterlijk dat me bevalt, het apparaat presteert ook uitstekend. De wasmachine is zeer gemakkelijk te gebruiken met een duidelijke bediening. Het is ook erg stil, waardoor ik mijn was kan doen zonder het hele huis wakker te maken. Maar wat me het meest bevalt, is de kwaliteit van de wasresultaten. Mijn kleding komt er altijd fris en schoon uit. Daarnaast is het apparaat zeer energiezuinig. Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een stijlvolle en hoogwaardige wasmachine, dan is deze Samsung wasmachine zeker een goede keuze!

I absolutely love look of it and especially the 11kg capacity, which means I can put all our bedding on in one load or all the towels, where previously I had to split the loads. The auto dose means we only use as much as is required, so saving on washing tablets and fabric conditioner. The dial is easy and straight forward to turn and select which programme you need. The washing machine is smart enough to tell you when the drum needs a cleaning cycle or the filter needs cleaning. Lastly, Samsung appliances play a really catchy tune when they are finished which means you know the wash has finished!

With 11Kg Capacity it is ideal for our family of 5, plenty of functionality within the easy to use app. The machine is deathly silent even when spinning. The technology even tells you the energy savings you could have made. Auto dose is a brilliant feature to have, no more guesswork. Just a pity it doesn't work scanning bar codes. I love using the snart things app, struggling to get the stay connect to work, can't fathom the point of a remote app that can't start a washing machine, defeats the whole point of remote control if you havr to physically press start on thr machine.

Aparat sem šele prejel, niti v elektriko še ni bil priključen. Urejam garancijo in mnenje glede uporabe bom lahko podal kasneje. Upam, da se bo uspešno povezal v WiFi omrežje kot tudi s sušilnim strojem, ki je sicer en rang nižje izvedbe...? Na prvi pogled deluje "šminka" od pralnega stroja. Zanimivo bo tudi se privaditi, na samodejno dodajanje detergenta, sedaj smo sedaj za vsako pranje lahko dodali drugačnega tu pa naliješ enega v predal in za dolgo časa pozabiš naj. Seveda je to velik +, lahko pa tudi težava, če z detergentom nisi zadovoljen... ;) Ostalo pa... po nekaj časa uporabe aparata.

Awful, we are lucky enough to have three washign machines. Dont ask large property. The Samsung is what we would class as our go to Utility washing machine. It constantly has a stagnent smell to it, we use three washign machine cleaners per week. Samsung insist its a plumbing issue, however when we place a different machine in its place - we have no stagnant smell. The back up from Samsung has been shocking at best, im a fan of Samsung and am in no way looking for something for nothing, but i can honestly review this machine as useless. Great idea in theory but in reality it just doesnt work.

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned. The large 11kg drum is fantastic for a large family of 6 and the technology and range of programs that don’t take hours to wash is amazing. The clothing comes out clean and smelling amazing. The auto dose function is so cleaver and you can pick how much softener you want the machine to add to your washThis machine is a little more expensive than some but it’s well worth spending that little bit more. I have had many machines over the years and I’ve tried most makes but this is the best one I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend it :)

So looks wonderful in my kitchen, for the capacity of the drum11kg it’s no bigger than my old machine that was only 9 kg, I have noticed that my clothes seem cleaner than before and softer, I like that I can fill with detergent and leave it for the week, I can fill it and go to work and put the washing on while I’m out at night, great WiFi connectivity, price wise about the same as others of this quality on the market,it dose run on less energy I’ve not noticed yet only had the machine 2 weeks, but so far love it , I did lots of research as it’s a big spend but worth it,

Hatten am Anfang für unser neues Haus eine neue Waschmaschine von Bosch bestellt eine Series 8 das Aktuelle Modell. Nach paar Tagen eine Fehlermeldung das die Laugenpumpe blockiert sei. Bei Bosch angerufen der Support meinte sauber machen und die Wäsche nochmals Waschen Gesagt getan. 1Std später komme ich in den Keller schock aus der Maschine kam überall Schaum heraus. Sorry das geht gar nicht. Warum schaltet die Maschine nicht ab aus Sicherheitsgründen?? Maschine ging zurück. Soviel zu Made in Germany. Jetzt paar Tage die Samsung Waschmaschine klasse Waschmaschine. Wäscht bis jetzt einwandfrei keine Probleme. Wäsche wird auch sehr sauber. App Anbindung auch klasse. Wenn es was negatives geben sollte werde ich es mitteilen.

I would love to meet the genius at Samsung that is responsible for the controls. Why you have decide that some buttons do no get the backlight is pure madness. I am not going to criticise the fact that you can't customise and keep the settings for each wash or the fact that you are stuck forever with their position or the fact that changing the levels of liquids is so complicated, What I am going to mention is the little warranty and the high price difference between this and the 5 model without automatic dosing, Samsung I am sure you can do a lot better.

Nice quick cycles meaning I can get a lot done and with an 11kg capacity I will only have to wash 1 time every second day. Lots of settings depending on what you need and the app makes it even easier to use. The machine is stylish and sleek with an interactive display which certainly fits in in a modern kitchen. When I first received the machine it only took a few minutes to set up before I put my first wash on and I was impressed at how quiet it is compared to my older machine.

Looks great, high capacity (up to 11kg depending on which wash cycle you choose) and clothes come out clean. Negatives are that it's really noisy during its spin cycle, I don't like the auto-dose detergent as it seems to use loads, and on the AI wash it always tells me it needs to add an extra wash and rinse, meaning it takes a lot longer than it initially says it will. Maybe a case of more bells and whistles than you need; next time I would probably go for a cheaper model. The tune it plays at the end though is hilarious.

Nog niet lang in gebruik, dus kan nog niet alle functies beoordelen, maarwat ik tot dus ver heb gezien is positief. Veel wasprogramma's en je kan alles via de app bijstellen en monitoren. Wij hebben deze in combinatie met de bijpassende droger gekocht en dat is zeker een aanrader. Koppel ze beiden aan de WiFi en ze gaan met elkaar communiceren! Al met al tot op heden zeer blij met deze aankoop. Enig minpuntje zijn de geluidjes, maken het product goedkoper lijken dan het is, maar die kunnen gelukkig ook uit.

Samsung - What a load of rubbish - Never purchase anything from them again. I brought their most expensive washing machine thinking it would be well built and last for a long time. Under 6 months and its broken, they will not replace it and the repair engineers keep on replacing the same parts which do not fix the issue at all. They Sales support people are EXTREMELY rude and you can hear from their voices that they dont care from as soon as they answer the call. I will never touch Samsung again !!!!!

Great machine and is washing beautifully. Bought to replace my old Samsung washing machine which also worked beautifully until the motor died! Had to sit down with the manual as the machine has loads of functions, probably too many for me to ever use and although I haven't tried the AI facility yet I've downloaded the app. It appears that you can do everything via the app but, unless I'm reading it incorrectly, you cannot start the machine from the app, it has to be done physically at the actual machine - so one star dropped for ease of use. Otherwise, if you want a very quiet machine, lovely clean clothes and if you love a gadget, you'll love this machine - also looks great in black (only ever had white machines in the past) - and all Samsung machines love an ending/finishing tune!.

First impression was intimidation at cycle options. Quickly resolved to use AI cycle and rely on machine to auto dispense cleaning liquid and conditioner. The laundry door gives impression of being over engineered and solid which engenders super confidence in the build quality. The large drum is fab and very easily accessible for loading and unloading. The clothes come out clean and smelling great with bonus of using much less cleaning products than I would manually dispense. Recommend it!

Large capacity, cleans clothes well, sleek, useful automatic (AI) setting with auto-dosing makes things simple, very useful child lock setting to prevent my 1yo pressing buttons, although this could be easier to apply to prevent going through a menu each wash. Being able to assign a setting of your choice to a quick access button would be a nice feature on future machines. Regardless, this is a significant upgrade from my old 5.5kg machine that I had to retire. Great value on student store.

Wast prima. Geen enkele moeite met grotere stukken zoals een slaapzak. genoeg programma's en instellingen mogelijk. Vooral het op afstand aan kunnen zetten, bij b.v. meer stroom van eigen zonnepanelen, is helemaal van deze tijd. Min Punt is dat het (nog?) niet mogelijk is om de zeepdispencers afzonderlijk te bedienen en 2 verschillende zeepproducten te gebruiken ipv zeep en wasverzachter. Mijn zoon zegt dat er dan wel een up-date komt. Kom door zou ik zeggen als het zo eenvoudig is!

This model looks great and works very well. The connectivity features are really useful including the use of a mobile app and the ability to connect to my Samsung TV. Where it really matters, the quality of the washes is impressive and it is near silent in use except for the rinse cycle which you can hear but nowhere near as loud as previous washing machine. Overall this was an expensive purchase but for a large family like ours it makes sense and it also comes 5 years warranty.

Une belle découverte, la prise en main est facile grâce à l'affichage, puis à l'aide de l'application (que je n'ai pas encore exploité). Déjà 4 machines, et le résultat est au top, le linge est correctement lavé et ressort bien essoré. La machine est très silencieuse, et très stable. Le plateau supérieur permet d'y poser aisément le sèche linge. Vraiment ravi... Je referai un post dès que j'aurai utilisé les autres fonctions.

Love nearly everything about it. The fact that it can assess the your wash and change the treatment accordingly is just mind blowing. The only thing I don't like is the scheduled wash function only allows you to set an end time and doesn't allow for accurate time setting either. However that is one annoyance amongst 20 good things and the AI wash option gives confidence to the non washing machine users (my wife is happy I can finally take my turn these days).

Got this as part of a special deal on multiple appliances which was a bonus, and it was a well-reviewed washing machine. Was easy to install (as should be), and got up and running no problem at all. Looks great, very solid, and operations are very quiet! The AI features save a bit of guess work, and always good to know efficiency is up there. Does take a bit of getting used to (especially the auto-dispensers), but overall, can't fault!

Washing machine isn't even a year old, and this is 2nd machine since purchase - having the first one replaced. Was told to stop using bubble soak cycle, however stains were still appearing. Engineer came and had a look and said its a very clean machine (that even he couldn't figure out why the clothes were staining) this is now happening all cycles, with all light clothing.

Ik merk nu al zoveel verschil met mijn ' oude' wasmachine. De was komt er schoon en bijna droog uit, zelfs vlekken waarvan ik dacht, deze gaan er niet meer uit. Je hebt veel keuze uit de verschillende wasprogramma's en het automatisch doseren van wasmiddel is echt een uitvinding! I got this washing machine to help my visually impaired mother do the laundry, the large display helps to see the program that is being selected and the auto dispenser for the detergent and softener means that she doesn't need to worry about adding it herself. The smart things app is a great help as well as it makes it super easy to select the cycle that is wanted and also let's you know how long is left on the cycle

We have a tight utility area and a growing family. Needed to. Have a bigger capacity but also fit in the tight area. This combination was difficult to find, but the spaceax feature really helps. Along with the smart features, it provides more information and details when your washing is done or it needs cleaning. It is relatively quiet but highly recommended. Ik ben blij verrast met de wasmachine. Het is de allernieuwste model, die je kunt bedienen via de app op je mobiele telefoon. De wasmachine is ultra stil, wast zeer schoon en je kunt de was programma ook instellen via de app, en daarna het gehele proces volgen op je telefoon. Wat een verademing. En het ziet er prachtig uit in de kleur zwart. Vooral in combinatie met de zwarte droger uit dezelfde serie, oogt heel mooi.

Good washing machine, but using it through smart things app is really unpleasant but that's one of the washer selling points. There is no option to turn on pre wash/ intensive via app, and there is no option to create my own cycle from scratch only some predefined ones. Whatsmore after cycle is finished and smart app was connected the door keeps locked- the user needs to turn the washer on and off to open it- extremely annoying. And the connection with the washer can't be permanently on which is also frustrating. Also there are two separate detergent slots and they can be set to detergent and softener or both to detergent. It is impossible to set one to detergent 1 (IE colours) second to detergent (IE whites). No idea who designed it but it adds more frustration as the user has to keep turning slots on/off and adding detergent manually. Again sounded good but works terrible.

Upravo sam nabavio Samsung WW9400B mašinu za veš i moram priznati da sam zaista impresioniran. Već na prvi pogled, njen moderan dizajn se savršeno uklapa u moje kupatilo. Međutim, ono što me je najviše oduševilo su njene performanse. Pranje veša je postalo mnogo jednostavnije i efikasnije. Posebno mi se dopada kapacitet bubnja, što mi omogućava da operem veće količine veša odjednom, štedeći vreme i energiju. Veš je besprekorno čist nakon svakog ciklusa, a primetio sam i da mašina radi izuzetno tiho, što je veliki plus, pogotovo ako perete veš tokom večernjih sati. Intuitivni korisnički interfejs čini odabir programa veoma lakim. Očigledno je da je Samsung posvetio pažnju detaljima kako bi korisničko iskustvo bilo što bolje. Za sada sam prezadovoljan svojom kupovinom i radujem se daljem korišćenju svih funkcija koje ova mašina nudi. Verujem da će mi Samsung WW9400B služiti dugi niz godina.

Super makkelijk in gebruik, mooi design, simpel in te stellen met de app maar vooral ruime (11kilo!) wastrommel en je hebt veel plezier weer in 1 van je huishoudens. The other 11 kg size is bigger than the space available to fit in the washing machine. Washing - It's washed the clothes better than any washing machine we’ve had as a family so far. The cycles can be confusing at first, the sheer number of them. But once you’ve used it a few times, it’s a piece of cake. The auto dose feature is great, we’ve only had to top it up once since getting the machine. Connectivity - It can be controlled though the smart things app, can also be told through any smart devices when the load finishes, not that it’s needed as it plays a tune when the cycle is done. In conclusion, we’re so pleased with it. It’s easy to use, intuitive, looks great and connected. Cleans the washing brilliantly and looks good in the kitchen. Our energy use has gone down since using this too as it uses as little energy as possible whilst not reducing the quality of the wash. I would completely recommend.

We've previously had a smart hoover washing machine which never connected properly. This Samsung one was pricey but it's AI works brilliantly. It's quiet. The programs are broad and suited to many types of use. Plus this drum is big enough for duvets. Only thing to mention is it is deeper than normal so had to swap our dryer position with this to not block a corner cupboard.

Love my new Samsung washing machine. The auto fill dispensers are brilliant. I didn’t realise how much detergent I would save. I load the machine, select a program from the laundry menu, press the start button on the machine then go about my day u til I get a notification that the machine has finished.. Good loud tune at end ensures u know when the machine has finished

Display panel very flat, would be nice to have a slight tilt so you don’t have to bend down to see functions. We brought a big drum so we can do less washing by having a bigger load, but with AI feature a bigger load means hours of wash time, but I do love the fact i can track my washing machine progress and monitor it through the app

Our last washer from Samsung was brilliant but only lasted 6 years until it's time to visit the scrapyard came. We were apprehensive about where to buy our next one but for the most part had been pleased with the performance of our last Samsung one. Pleased to say this next gen model lived up to the Samsung name in both performance and build quality. It looks delightful, and the 11kg drum is incredibly useful (compared to our previous 9kg drum). Our only gripe is the limited options in altering the preset wash modes, specifically the restrictions of temperature and spin speed for washes such as bedding, 40° and 800rpm felt low to me but the end result speaks volumes. The bedding has been fresh and cleaned throughly (perhaps a little wetter with the reduced spin speed) which goes to show that you can wash it at a lower energy level and still receive great results. We would highly reccomend this model to our friends and family, and have done so already with the neighbours.

What can I say? It’s quiet, it’s smooth running, it’s easy to load up and adjusts dosing to weight and clothing types and it does a brilliant job of cleaning my clothes and looking after them. My 1 year olds clothes are coming out stain free too using the foam soak feature. Oh and it looks awesome too ! 5 stars

De bespoke wasmachine en droger 9000 serie gekocht. Top wasmachine. Enige wat mij stoort is dat er elf kilo in mag maar als je handdoeken doet niet meer dan vier kilo anders kan ie het niet aan. Dan komt de trommel letterlijk tegen de zijkant aan en maakt ie een mega herrie.

Great washing machine... I've had 7 months, but recently the noise is unbearable from this machine, I've tried re-revelling but to no avail! Even in a silent wash the noise is horrendous! I think a repair man maybe in order?

The Auto Dose feature is just one of the many ways it will help take some of the guess work out of any cycle, as it makes sure that you never use more detergent than is needed. The good news is that if you have a compatible smartphone then you can connect this to the machine via the SmartThings app, and this will make recommendations on the best cycle to use depending on the load, which should get those towels back to you a little bit quicker. ^DB at Samsung Support

Really poor as the door seal broke within fourth month of normal usage and Samsung will not over under warranty blaming customer. This is a known fault which Samsung will not accept or deal with. Please do not buy.

Schon fast 2 Jahre ist es herr ich finde es super leise und praktisch und keine kompliziert Sache. Ich habe nur eine kleines Problem und zwar ist meine Decke 2m mal 2m und da es ja steht bis zu 14kg hatte es probleme beim schleudern sprich es konnte nicht schleudern und musste ständig aufmachen einfach mal rüber drehen mal wie in eine Suppe... damit es schleudern konnte, konnte konnte aber nicht schleudern. Also eine dicke Decke war es auch ... des wegen 3 Sterne... Ich hätte mir so viele Funktionen gewünscht z.b wenn es selber aufgeht und vieles mehr wie z.b schuhe waschen damit es extra ein programm stehen würde. Für jede andere steht ein Programm. Außer schuhe nicht 😆 😆 ich finde meine Waschmaschine gut. Keine frage. Aber es hätte besser sein können, ich hoffe ich kann es eines Tages mit eine neue waschmaschine austauschen. Wenn es eine neue und größere geben sollte und mehr power hat. Mir ist es auch wichtig. Damit es gut wäscht. Weil. Ich ertrage staub und pollen. Das ist das Problem... des wegen bin ich ständig am Wäsche waschen, bist jetzt auch keine Problem. Mfg.
