Appliances you can rely on

1. Available on smart home appliances that are equipped with a Wi-Fi module, released in 2024 and later. It may not be available if the hardware, such as the memory and chip performance, is not supported.

2. 10 years parts only warranty on Digital Inverter Motor and Digital Inverter Compressor for appliances purchased before July 2022 or on or after April 2026.

3. Only available on SmartThings-supported models produced after 2018. Requires the SmartThings App, which is available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are also required.

4. Includes both fault and non-fault diagnosis. The fault diagnosis is based on an error code on the product while the non-fault diagnosis is a perceived defect that occurs as a usability issue without generating an error code. Certain issues can be detected by AI based on the operational data, regardless of whether it generates an error code or not.

5. Based on the ‘AI Trust Mark’ certification by Nemko (Norway) as of March 2026. Evaluation criteria are based on technical transparency and safety requirements of the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 international standards.
