I was a little bit hesitant about the curvature of the monitor as I was used to a flat monitor. However, when I use it on a daily basis for work, the curvature wasn't that noticeable and didn't bother me. It takes a little getting used to but I can see how this is more comfortable on the eyes. I had low expectations for the speakers, but they were decent. The volume is pretty loud (10% volume is good enough for personal use) and the audio quality is pretty good (not as good as top-tier speakers but better than other monitors). The monitor itself has a sturdy build and I like the almost bezel-less design. The bottom bezels are still there but it's not distracting.

Genialny monitor, piękna głęboka czerń i bardzo szybka matryca. Myślałem że zakrzywienie 1000R jest zbyt duże ale siadając przed tym monitorem mamy wrażenie jakby obejmował nas brzegami a środek ekranu jest w głębi, to daje niesamowitą immersję rozgrywce. Jedyny minus który na prawdę może przeszkadzać to podstawa z nogami ułożonymi w literę V, które to wchodzą na podkładkę na myszkę i wymuszają niewygodne ułożenie klawiatury. Mimo wszystko po zastąpieniu jej uchwytem pozostają same plusy. Aż żal że nie zrobili jeszcze na podobnej matrycy 27" 4K. No i cena również sprawia że monitor jest w zasięgu wielu użytkowników.

Excellent display (27 inch purchased). Very bright and crisp. I honestly could not believe how good this monitor was, mainly because I had a 4k IPS panel monitor before (which went bad) and thought with a VA panel that this would not be as good but ordered it anyway mainly based on the Curve. However, this monitor was much more bright and crisp than my previous monitor and the resolution is excellent. Funny enough, I ordered this for non-gaming use. I also find it much easier on the eyes than my previous non-curved monitor. Plays videos (Netflix etc. ) extremely well.

I am a laptop user and have no DP port due to size but USB C Thunderbolt which is btw used to connect external monitor. I have cable USB C to DP and does not work. Be carefull as you will not be able to connect this screen this way! Only DP port or HDMI. HDMI up to 144Hz. Wasted money. Overal unhappy customer as this purchase does not meet expectations.This information should be included in product description! 240 Hz only when connected DP to DP and laptop user stay away. Samsung CS confirmed that Samsung Odyssey G7 is poor monitor and can have max 144Hz.

Price and performance is fantastic. I already got another Samsung 34" curved monitor (C34f791WQU) for graphic artworks and composing music on. It has a better picture and build quality even after 4 years use. This G5 Monitor will be my main gaming monitor due to the high refresh rate and used as a second work monitor composing. Btw. these curved monitors from samsung are fantastic for work. Well my older model is still far superior than many other monitors when it comes to RGB colours and the pure build quality. 100% satisfaction. I wish i has two more

The screen itself is good on paper with it being 1440p and 144Hz, it is also relatively cheap, so what's the problem with it? the space on the back for cables is so small that it may cause cables such as a displayport cable to break due to it being bent too much. I personally experienced this a couple of times already with the original cable just not working after a week and since then having to buy 2 new cables, going on a third now. All the cables have either been unable to bend enough so the cable would bend the port itself, or the cable has bent too much causing it to break the cable itself, which was what happened with the original cable. This is a huge design flaw and I'm honestly surprised they didn't notice or think of this in the design process.

Zamówiłem przedpremierowo i nie żałuję. Świetna konstrukcja, przepiękny ekran, natywne 240Hz w 1440p daje wspaniałe wrażenia. Idealny do gier, szczególnie z mocnym sprzętem. Filmy także wyglądają nieźle. Konstrukcja dla tych którzy nie uznają kompromisów. Wprawdzie słyszałem o licznych problemach (stąd tylko 4* w wydajności), ale akurat w moim modelu nie uświadczyłem żadnych dolegliwości. Z rzeczy które można byłoby poprawić: - Port USB, pomimo obsługi 3.0 do aktualizacji obsługuje jedynie pendrive'y 2.0 (próbowałem z kilkoma) - Menu OSD mogłoby być sterowane z myszki (co w modelach konkurencji występuje od jakiegoś czasu jeśli ekran ma połączenie przez USB z komputerem) - Porty mogły by być z dołu ekranu, umiejscowienie ich z tyłu nie jest za bardzo wygodne jeśli chce się korzystać z wejścia Jack lub HUB USB

Ollut käytössä nyt muutaman päivän ja testaillut niin peleillä kuin videoilla ja eri asetuksilla, paneelilotossa täysosuma eikä mitään valitettavaa sen puolesta. Erinomaiset värit josta itse aika tarkka mustan tason lisäksi, ei haamuilua ja tämän näytön HDR hoitaa hommansa jo niinkuin kuuluu eikä vain pilaa kuvaa kuten HDR400 näytöt. Hiirellä käytettävä OSD olisi todella kova juttu mutta sitä ei ole, tosin valikko on selkeä ja helppo näytön omalla nappulalla mutta tämä ottaa ominaisuuksista yhden tähden pois. Arvosta yksi tähti puhtaasti sen vuoksi pois että tämän hintaluokan näytöstä ei pitäisi ohjeiden mukaan kasatessa hajota mitään osia, mutta johtosuojan kannesta napsahti poikki pari väkästä, samasta ongelmasta lukenut netistä jo muiltakin näytön saaneista, vaikka ei olekkaan "deal breaker" mutta perjaatteelinen asia.

At first i have a flickering issue then i updated the firmware and after 3 weeks the monitor suddenly stopped and white smoke came out from the back part. this monitor lasted for 27 days only! I'm not gonna buy any Samsung monitors ever again. and lastly they will just repair it not change the whole monitor. waste of money!

I have the 32" inch version of the G7 and it has severe flickering issues with G-Sync on even with the RTX 2080 graphics card. I've tried to install different firmware, a different cable and change the settings. No matter what I do the issue cant be fixed. Hoping on Samsung to admit to this issue and resolve it.

Monitor zakupiłem jakieś dwa tygodnie temu wszystko było w jak najlepszykm pożadku obraz ,wygląd w skrócie monitor idealny (moja opinia). Jest tylko jeden problem wczoraj monitor zgasł i nie reaguje ,sprawdziłem zasilacz miernikiem wszystko git dzisiaj ląduje w serwisie w Warszawie zobaczymy co powiedza ;/

Initially the curve and size of the 32" monitor was difficult to get used to, however just after an hour of use it has become quite natural. The refresh rate is astonishing alongside the pixel response times. HDR 600 is also a good addition which is more noticeable than SDR. Overall, an excellent purchase

Initial panel had an issue with blotchy areas of less than white, but unit got replaced within a month. The only major unsolvable issue I have with this screen is that I didn't research enough to realise it's not got a VESA mounting option at all. I was hoping to get a second one, but would need an entirely different desk setup to even contemplate it without the ability to arm mount it. Overall, the image quality is great when it's in PC mode and not gaming mode, gaming mode, as usual, is awful and this screen is fast enough in PC mode to warrant not needing it on. Also, it has Freesync, so AMD GPUs in PC, PS4, PS5, XBO and XBX should benefit from zero screen tearing, which is nice. P.S. When my unit was being repaired, one of my boys knocked the monitor stand over and the plastic mounting clip broke. I superglued it and it seems to be holding, but I have to have something to prop up the monitor as it doesn't stay in position, which is a shame. I do no know who to contact regarding procuring a replacement stand.

Very good picture quality and colors. Only few minuses: USB-hub doesn't work properly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Lately it has gone bad to worse one of the ports not working at all. Second the automatic switching of sources doesn't work at all.

I bought this monitor mainly because of the Quantum Dot technology and the quality assurance of Samsung brand. Only the first one of these was provided. It seems that there has been a poor patch of monitors, as I had to change my monitor three (3) times before getting the one that passed my quality requirements. First two monitors had dead pixel/s in them and the the panel of third monitor was split in half! I almost gave up on trying to get an unbroken monitor, but finally I was able get one that didn't have a single fault. -Monitor itself was as excpected. It handles the colors and fidelity of the picture very well. There is a noticeable difference between a non-HDR and HDR content. Some people might not like the picture, but in my eyes it seemed pretty good. -The flickering effect of adaptive sync with Nvidia GPU's still seemed to be present from time to time, but the gaming experience is not half bad without the variable refresh rate turned on. To the monitor itself I would give 5-star'ish rating, but the quality checking of the panels was so poor that it affects the whole experience.

Świetne funkcje, wydajność ale za tak duże pieniądze spodziewałbym się także lepszego wykonania monitora w detalach(łamiące się zatrzaski/spinki elementów do samodzielnego montażu).

ogólnie do pracy spoko ale dla graczy nie polecam odświeżanie 75 hz nie robi juz wrażenia gdy są dostępne monitory z wiele wyższym odświeżaniem a teraz to tv maja po 100hz.
