How to upgrade the TV via USB

Click on "Not sure which model you have?" and then follow the steps below:

If you know the model number, select the TVs, the TV type, and the TV model.

Browse for the update file (EN USB)

If you have two different ones, always download the one that says (Type usb) (All)

Once you have finished downloading the file, use a USB device or pendrive and place it in your computer.

Extract the contents to your USB device.

 Remember that the USB must be completely empty, it should only have the files of the update in question.

 After loading the file on your flash drive, follow the steps below
