i have both versions, one with the 3.5 mm audio jack came with my s10+ last year and this one with usb-c. i like the one with 3.5 mm jack because i accidentally put it multiple times in my washer and dryer and it still sounds great and i can listen to music with it and charge my phone using a power bank while on the bus or walking. this one with usb-c jack sounded better but not only the audio and mic didn't sound loud(100% of its volume sounded like 50% of the one with the 3.5 mm jack), it also had less bass and stopped working the very 1st time i accidentally washed it. don't buy this one if you have hearing problems. the 5 stars i gave are for the previous version with the 3.5 mm jack, not the current one.

these came with my s20 5g. they sound good but you have to have the volume up to at least half if not more to actually hear the music. tried them on a plane trip and could barely hear my music with them all the way up. can't charge phone while using these earphones as only charging port is taken. also after 2 hours of using these while in the airport waiting for flight my ears began hurting and were sore for rest of day. my 2 pairs of klipsch 3.5mm in-ears are very comfortable and i can wear them all day with zero discomfort. least i didn't pay for these. real pain to have to have another dongle to carry around. at least add another usb-c port to the phone to allow charging and listening to music at the same time.

first time using the type c headset and i must confess the experience was awesome yet accompanied without of issues with the headset. one time the volume control on the headphone will automatically regulate the volume while a song is played without being touched. sometimes it stops working and resumes when it feels like. i kept the product in a safe place, woke up to find out that it has stopped working. seems everyone is complaining about same defect too.

I love music and without an audio jack was hesitant to get the new S20 but was happy to learn that these headphones were included with the phone. Sounded great and worked well, for about a month. The right earphone was not wired properly or something and is now barely audible compared to the left, making these essentially a left only pair of earbuds which is really annoying especially since I cannot just use regular headphone jack headphones. Dissapointed.

i came here to buy this again since i really liked them, they came with my note20ultra and the right side stopped working out of nowhere after just a few days of being used, after reading some reviews, i can see everyone is having the same issue again and again, one side stops working, samsung should take this obviously damage headphones out of the market and send the customers new ones, this is embarrassing for such a great company. disappointed.

absolutely insane sound! got these earbuds in the box with my s20+, never really gave them a look and used my galaxy buds pro for a long time. gave them a try when they died once and never looked back since they sound 100x better. they come to life thanks to that 32bit 384mhz dac in these phones, something samsung will never tell you when trying to sell you the galaxy buds, but the galaxy buds are good too

good sound, no noise from the braided cord, like cheaper products can have, get THIS model. A cheaper AKG, very similar design has horrible static on calls/audio listening. Sturdy.... but I killed mine by pulling the connection end while standing on an earpiece. Now I need new ones. The other side still works but sound no longer stereo.

I recently bought these, highly recommend them. Sound is truly lossless. They work on my Note 9 regardless of it having an Audio jack (Main concern). Downside, you can't take calls on these. Otherwise everything is else is perfect, im inclined to say they push more HD sound over the Audio Jack version
