• You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
• Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click on the Shopping Cart icon located at the top right corner of the page to review your order and proceed to checkout.
• You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder.Alternatively, log in to your Samsung Account to check your order summary. Q. I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my existing order or must I place second order?Click to Expand

Unfortunately you are not able to add extra items to an order that has already been made.
Please place a second order.

Q. Can I amend my order?Click to Expand

Unfortunately you are unable to edit your orders once order has been placed, you will need to contact our Customer Support Team  at 03-5191-1515 for assistance, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and excluding Sat, Sun & public holidays.

Q. Can I make purchase over the phone?Click to Expand

Unfortunately ordering over the phone is not possible at this time.
