Which version of Android does my Samsung Galaxy S5 run?

1. From the Home screen, touch Apps Apps Icon > Settings Settings Icon > About phone Settings About Device Icon .

 

2. Check the numbers below Android version, Baseband version and Build number to check the software version currently on your device. You will commonly read of Android version 4.4 referred to as KitKat.
