How to check warranty for my Samsung Mobile Device ?

1. Check your IMEI number through *#06*
2. Type PC <space> IMEI number and send it to 62002
3. You will receive message as below.
Important note: The registration process will take 1 week to proceed. (For Malaysia only)

3. I/C Number
5. Model Code
6. Serial Number
7. IMEI Number
8. Prove of Purchased ( Snap and attached to email ) & Date of Purchased.
We understand customer might accidently lost the purchase invoice however purchase invoice is the most accurate evidence for the warranty verification. Without hardcopy purchase invoice, Samsung Service Centers will based on e-warranty register date and production date to check the warranty period.
We would encourage customer back to point of purchase to request for invoices copy. Customer also can register product and invoice in At Your Services to prevent purchase invoice lost.
