Sign up to the Samsung Members Community for exclusive offers, product tips and tricks

AUCKLAND, New Zealand, May 17, 2021 – Samsung Electronics New Zealand has launched a new Community feature in its Samsung Members service; a platform where Kiwi Samsung customers can engage and interact with tech experts and fans through discussion boards and forums.


The community-based platform enables users to collaborate and share ideas, tips-and-tricks and contribute to solutions. Samsung is looking to get more out of the platform and use it to run competitions and special promotions as well as to provide useful how-to content so people can maximise the features of their Samsung products.


Participants in Community can make enquiries, crowd-source solutions, propose topics for discussion and interact with other Samsung fans who have similar interests.


A soon to be released feature of the platform will give Samsung the ability to recognise active Community members for their participation, rewarding them for their contribution through a tiered awards program. Those who are most active on the platform can become a Samsung Members Ambassador to receive access to exclusive experiences and offers.


More features will be added to the Samsung Members platform in the future with additional functionality to give New Zealanders more opportunities to get more out of their Samsung products and experiences.


Samsung fans can sign up to Community using their Samsung Account via the Samsung New Zealand website or the Samsung Members app on their mobile device.
