How do I print from a Samsung Phone?

Follow the below guide to successfully connect your Galaxy phone and Samsung Tab to your printer and print directly from your device. Ensure when printing from your device you are connected to an internet connection.

Please Note: This guide is designed fir New Zealand variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary. Screenshots were captured from a Galaxy S10+ operating on Android OS Version 9.0 (Pie), settings and steps may vary depending on your Galaxy device and Android OS Version.

Connecting to a Printer

1 Head into your Settings > Connections

2 Select More connection settings

3 Tap on Printing
Tap on Printing
4 Select + Download Plugin
Select Download Plugin
5 You will then be directed to the Google PlayStore where you can install your Printer Plugin

6 Once the plugin has been installed, head back into your Printing Settings and tap on the plugin

7 Tap on the 3 dots and select Add Printer
Tap on the 3 dots and select Add Printer
8 Follow the in-app instructions to connect your print to your Galaxy phone
1 Locate the PDF file or photo within your My Files or Gallery app then tap on the 3 dots

2 Select Print
