Terms & Conditions of Use of EPP

The Enhanced Partnership Program (“EPP”) is extended by Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation(“Samsung”) to employees (“You”) of Samsung’s corporate partner (“EPP Partner”) to purchase Samsung products (“Products”) at discounted rates.

In consideration of your continued participation in the EPP and purchase of Products under the EPP, You must comply with these Terms and Conditions:

1. Your purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale at https://www.samsung.com/ph/info/online-shop-tnc/. Samsung will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.samsung.com/ph/info/privacy/.

2. You must be an employee of the EPP Partner to be eligible to use the EPP. Samsung may at any time validate Your employment status with the EPP Partner.

3. Products purchased under the EPP is for Your personal use only. Resale of Products purchased under the EPP is strictly prohibited.

4. You are subject to annual purchasing quotas and spending limits for each Product.

5. You must not disclose any EPP information, promotion, prices or discounts (i) to a retailer for any purpose (e.g., price matching) or (ii) to any other person (other than an immediate family member).

6. Samsung may, at our discretion and without prior notice to You, terminate or suspend Your access to the EPP.

7. If You do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, Samsung may commence legal action against You to recover any loss or damage arising from such breach.

8. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to You.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with laws of the Philippines and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taguig City, Philippines.
