    Delivery Coverage

    We deliver to most areas in the Philippines for Mobile devices and Greater Luzon Area for other products, except when government and community restrictions are implemented. A notice will be prompted if an area is currently not covered by delivery.

    Order Cancellation

    Cancellation is treated on a case-to-case and is compliant with DTI rules. Change of mind does not qualify for a cancellation. With the situation on COVID-19, delivery delays within 25% of the standard delivery lead time will not qualify for a cancellation.
