Shipping and Delivery
Currently, all shipping and deliveries are FREE.
We do nationwide shipping for Galaxy Smartphones, Galaxy Tab units, Galaxy Watches, Galaxy Buds, and mobile accessories.
For non-mobile devices like TVs, Sound Devices, Microwave Ovens, AirDressers, Air Purifiers, Monitors, etc., we only ship within Metro Manila and (selected areas of) Luzon shipping addresses.
Delivery turnaround time vary depending on the product category and delivery location.
Count starts from the day after you receive the email, "Your Order has been Shipped." This means that the order has been handed over to the courier .
Standard Delivery Lead Times are as follows:
- Metro Manila: 4 - 5 working days
- Luzon: 5 -8 working days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 8 - 12 working days
- Remote Areas: 12 - 16 working days
If more than 8 to 10 days passed from this date and you have still not received your delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will willingly assist you with your concerns.

COVID-19 Update: Due to travel restrictions effected during the ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, and MGCQ conditions, up to 5 days may be added to the standard deliveries. Please bear with us until we find a more expedient way to get our goods to you.
We process all shipments through leading shipping service providers. After your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the partner of the shipping service that you can use to track shipments on the website of the logistics company concerned.For Guest check-out:

We are currently only accepting orders and shipping within select locations of the Philippines. We will expand coverage at a later date. But this will not include international addresses.
Pick up of online orders at any Samsung Stores is currently not available.
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer next day delivery service
