The Samsung Members EPP (Enhanced Partnership Program or “Program”) site (“EPP site”) is an exclusive online store offering Samsung product discounts to verified Samsung Members (or “Users”). The site features two (2) membership tiers: Free and Paid, each providing distinct benefits and access levels.
1. Benefits and Discounts
• Discounts: Additional 5% discount is applied vs. Samsung.com pricing, which may vary dynamically. Discounts are automatically adjusted based on Samsung.com pricing.
• Upgrade to Paid membership: Free members can upgrade anytime via the Samsung Members app or EPP site. Banners and guides will prompt the users upgrade path accordingly.
• Monthly eVoucher and Welcome voucher for paid members are subject to specific promotional mechanics and minimum spend requirements.
2. eVouchers for Paid Members
• Monthly eVoucher codes are tied to the Samsung Member’s unique login ID or account and are accessible via the Samsung Members app or website under the "Account > Vouchers" section. A minimum spend of ₱10,000 is required for a paid member to use this benefit.
• Monthly codes are one-time use, non-stackable with each other, and valid only for the calendar month of issuance. A new code is generated on a monthly basis until the member’s paid membership account expires.
• Welcome gift eVouchers for paid members are sent directly to the member’s email upon successful sign-up.
3. User Experience (UX) for Membership Payment
- Members log in to the Samsung Members app or Members EPP site and select "Paid Membership”.
4. Purchase Rules
• Annual Purchase Limit: The maximum value of total purchases eligible for discount for one (1) calendar year is ₱300,000 for free membership and ₱600,000 for paid membership.
