How to trade in my old device and save on my new Galaxy?There are two ways where you can apply for trade-in:

2. Add to cart the item you wish to purchase, you can avail the trade-in option in the checkout page.

Can I cancel my order and still keep the promotional benefits?If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, you can cancel it through the self-service "Cancel Order" button available in your Orders page. But if it has already reached "Awaiting dispatch" status, cancellation will no longer be possible.
