There are two ways where you can apply for trade-in:
1.  On the product buy page, choose trade-in ""Yes, please"" before proceeding to cart.
2.  Add to cart the item you wish to purchase, you can avail the trade-in option in the checkout page.

If you have an existing Rewards points, log in using your Samsung Account and apply it on the Payment page upon checkout to save more on your order. At the same time, you can also earn Rewards points on your account upon successful delivery of your order.

If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, you can cancel it through the self-service ""Cancel Order"" button available in your Orders page. But if it has already reached ""Awaiting dispatch"" status, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Upon cancelling your order, you relinquish the item you ordered, including all discounts, perks, and promos that have been applied to it.
