6. | Store managers /OICs to confirm final delivery schedule with customer, as well as final promo to be availed depending on stock availability | ||||
7. | Riders will contact customers prior to dispatch. Customers must confirm that they should be in the location registered. If confirmation is late, customer will be rescheduled to another day or when a slot will become available. | ||||
8. | Riders to give 15 min grace period for customer | ||||
9. | Upon delivery, unit will only be released customer once payment is confirmed. Mobile terminal is dependent on the signal in the area. |
