| 1. | Customers who purchase any Galaxy A34 5G or Galaxy A54 5G at Samsung Experience Stores may avail of a 1-YR Samsung Care+ plan for a discounted price of ₱2,099 (from ₱2,999; 30% off discount). |

| 2. | Discounted SC+ promo pricing may only be availed from Apr 15 to May 10, 2023. Only Galaxy A34/54 5G devices are eligible for this SC+ promotion. Customer must purchase SC+ within the promo period to be eligible for the 30% off SC+ promo pricing. |
| 3. | Regular SRP for 1-YR SC+ (₱2,999) will revert back on May 11, 2023. Any purchases of 1-YR Samsung Care+ for Galaxy A34/54 5G beyond the promo duration (May 11, 2023 onwards) will reflect regular pricing. |
| 4. | Customers may avail of their SC+ plan within 30 days of device activation. However, promo pricing for this will only be until May 10, 2023. Customer must purchase within promo period to avail of the 30% off discount. |
| 5. | SC+ must be purchased at any SES store for as long as the branch offers Samsung Care+ in their product line. |
| 6. | Customers must provide the necessary details to the Samsung personnel to proceed with his/her Samsung Care+ registration (i.e. Full Name, Contact Details, Device IMEI, email address, etc). |
| 7. | Customers may opt to pay in full amount via cash or credit or in installments depending on on-going promotions of respective SES stores. For installment promotions, inquire in-store for more details and/or availability. |
| 8. | Customers must accept the Terms & Conditions of his/her Samsung Care+ plan upon availing this in the SES store. |
| 9. | Once enrolled in Samsung Care+, customer cannot change his/her plan. Customer will also get a welcome email of his/her enrollment with other necessary details regarding his/her chosen Samsung Care+ plan in the email address that he/she has provided. Customers must make sure that personal details provided are correct and true to be able to access his/her policy details. |
