Customer Mechanics
1. Customer to get an additional ₱2,500 top-up token if they meet ALL of the following conditions: a. Customers must participate in the trade-in trade-up program and must trade-in their old smartphone/tablet (any brand) towards a new Galaxy device at any of the participating stores within the promo period. Only smartphone devices are accepted for smartphone trade-up models and only tablet devices are accepted for tablet trade-up models. b. Customers must purchase a Samsung Care+ plan together with their new Galaxy device; customers must be successfully enrolled in the SC+ program to be eligible for this token. 2. This token/discount value will be on top of the discounts from the Trade-In Trade-Up (TITU) program. 3. The token from this program can be combined with other existing Samsung nationwide promotions except promotions with FREE SC+. 4. This token/discount value does not apply for standalone Trade-In, Trade-Up (TITU) and standalone Samsung Care+ (SC+) transactions. Customers MUST trade-in and purchase SC+ together for their new devices. Both transactions must be reflected under (1) receipt for customer to be eligible for the ₱2,500 additional token. 5. This promotion is not convertible to cash and cannot be traded with any other promotion or product. 6. Customers cannot use their top-up discount in other SES stores apart from where they purchased their device. Only select SES branches are eligible for this promotion.
