What is the promo?

Customers who pre-order a Galaxy Z Flip5 or Galaxy Z Fold5 from a participating store within the promo period of July 27, 2023 to August 17, 2023 with a down payment of ₱5,000 are entitled to a free double-up storage upgrade for those who opt to pre-order 512GB variants.

Customers who choose to pre-order the Galaxy Z Fold5 12+1TB variant gets a ₱7,000 discount from original SRP.

The pre-order promo offer also comes with free 1 year Samsung Care+ coverage, and they are also entitled to 30% off on Galaxy Watch6/Watch6 Classic, 50% off on Galaxy Buds2 Pro, and ₱10,000 off on Galaxy Tab S9.

What are the modes of payment for the ₱5,000 down payment?
1.
Down payment can be paid in store via cash or straight payment via credit card (straight transaction only).
2.
Down payment can also be paid via online bank transfer to the account of the chosen store.

Only select stores are offering this payment option.
•
Upon clicking on "Pay via bank transfer", account details of the chosen store will be provided.
•
After payment has been made, a transfer confirmation screenshot must be uploaded in the portal as proof of payment within 72 hours. Customer must only click on "Pay via bank transfer" if they want to pay online. In any case that they suddenly decide to do the downpayment in the store, they must update their chosen payment option in the portal.
3.
Customer may visit pre-order page to reserve any Galaxy Z Series (Galaxy Z Flip5 and/or Galaxy Z Fold5) and has 72 hours to make the down payment to secure their pre-order.

Can customers avail of double-up storage across Galaxy Z Series models?
No. Double-up storage upgrade is applicable within model series only. Upgrade cannot jump from one series to another (ex. Upgrade from Galaxy Z Flip5 to Galaxy Z Fold5 is not accepted).

Can customers avail 0% 12mos/24mos during pre-order?
Yes, credit card support for partner banks will start during pre-order. For Citibank credit cards, it can be up to 36 months, 0% interest.

Can customers avail of the Trade-In program during pre-order?
For all participating Authorized Retail Samsung Stores: Yes, the customer can only transact phone trade-in process during claiming of pre-ordered unit. Enhanced trade-in program cannot be availed during down-payment of pre-order.

What if the customer prefers to have the lower variant only (i.e. 256GB models), can they get a discount instead?
No, customer will automatically get the higher variant

Can customers avail cross-sell offers for Galaxy Buds2 Pro and Galaxy Watch6 together even if they only purchased 1 unit?

Yes, customers may avail of the cross sell offer to Galaxy Buds2 Pro only, Galaxy Watch6 only or both even if they only purchase 1 unit of any Galaxy Z Fold5 or Galaxy Z Flip5.

Scenarios not accepted: 1 Pre-ordered unit cross-sell discount to 2 Galaxy Buds2 Pro | 1 Pre-Ordered unit cross-sell discount to 2 Galaxy Watch6.

Customers are entitled to avail the cross-sell discount limited to only 1 device per category : 1 Wearables - Buds, 1 Wearables - Watch, and 1 Tablet

Can customers claim their units earlier than their assigned claimed date?
They may claim their pre-ordered unit from August 11 onwards as long as the units are available in-store and dependent on when they settled their down-payment their pre-order. Claiming dates are also subject to change depending on their branch location. They may contact their corresponding store branch for more details.

How can customers redeem their free 1 year Samsung Care+
•
Customer pre-orders Galaxy Z Flip5 and/or Galaxy Z Fold5 via pre-order portal. Customer to redeem free Samsung Care+ via in-store enrollment. Customer must provide the necessary details for enrollment: Full Name, Complete Address, Mobile Number, Email Address, Date of birth, and device IMEI.

Free Samsung Care+ is only valid in Samsung Care+ participating stores and must be redeemed on the day of purchase/device claiming.
•
Customer may purchase additional plan to upgrade free 1-year Samsung Care+ to a 2-year plan for ₱10,554 only.

The pre-order promo offers (Double up storage, Free Samsung Care+, ecosystem discounts) are not convertible to cash.
