What is the promo duration?

What The Frame models are included in the promo?
The Frame models with model code LS03A and LS03B in 43”, 55”, and 65” sizes are included in the promo. -
How do I claim my free items?
The Frame customizable bezel must be claimed on Samsung’s Redemption Management System (RMS). The Slim Fit Wall-mount can be found in The Frame box. -
Can I convert the free item value to cash or special discount
Free items are not convertible to cash or special discount. -
Promo mechanics
RMS promo mechanics:
1. Purchases from January 1 to December 31, 2023 are eligible to join this promotion. Redemption period is from January 1, 2023 - March 5, 2024. 2. The FREE Item shall be redeemed by the customer via the Redemption Management System official website. The customer will NOT get the free item in the dealer store where he/she purchased the participating TV Model. 3. Customer must follow the step by step procedure for the Redemption Management System (RMS). 4. The FREE item shall be delivered to the customers registered address. The FREE item shall NOT be claimed in the dealer store where they purchased the product. 5. Customers may select 1 unit of The Frame Bezel via RMS only, based on compatibility with respective TV size in RMS website: 6. Free items are not convertible to cash or special discount 7. Only purchases made from Samsung Authorized Dealers and Samsung.com (eStore) are eligible for this promotion. 8. Gray units / parallel units are not eligible for this promotion. 9. This promo is not valid for B2B or Institutional transactions. 10. This is a nationwide promotion participated in by all authorized Samsung TV Dealers and Samsung.com (eStore) only. 11. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe / unreachable. In this case, customer shall be asked to provide another delivery address. Customer redemption mechanics via RMS:
1. Customers to go to this website. 2. Register/ create a Samsung account by providing the following details: a. Name b. Contact number c. Email address d. Address e. City f. Postal code 3. Upon successful registration, customer will receive an email for verification 4. Activate account via the Confirmation Email and accept Terms and Conditions 5. Enter purchase information & provide the following purchase information: a. Product purchased b. Date of purchase c. Place of purchase d. Serial number of product purchased 6. Upload a photo of the following: a. Valid Government Issued ID (Should match customer name in the receipt) b. Serial number of product purchased (in the actual product not in the box) c. Original Official Receipt of product purchased from Samsung Authorized dealer 7. Select an available gift/freebie 8. Confirm his/her delivery address 9. Review redemption mechanics then submit 10. Upon successful validation of the information submitted, the physical item will be delivered to the customer's registered address: Metro Manila: Within 7 working days Luzon: Within 10 working days Visayas & Mindanao: Within 12 working days *Kindly note that the delivery period is subject to change without prior notice
** Date of delivery of products may be delayed due to quarantine protocols in your region11. For non-successful validations, a Samsung representative shall send an email to the customer. For authorized representatives who will receive the Free Item, the person who will receive shall present a valid ID of the customer who redeemed and an authorized letter.
