Promo mechanics

Customer may trade-in old device to purchase new Galaxy device at any trade-in participating stores nationwide. |
2. |
For pre-order, customer visits any trade-in participating stores nationwide with their old device for evaluation. Only selected devices in good working condition will be accepted. Appraised value of the device will vary depending on the device's condition. trade-in PIC will present final appraised value of the device via mobile app/web portal. |

Customers with successful trade-in, gets additional discounts depending on the trade-in device and Galaxy device purchased* |

Customer's final trade-in value will be sent to customer’s registered e-mail address and will be valid for a maximum of 4 weeks (28 days). |

Customer may choose to surrender trade-in device upfront or return to store within 4 weeks (28 days) to complete transaction. |

For payment, customer must present final trade-in value to the cashier and will be deducted as a discount on the pre-ordered Galaxy device. Customer may opt to pay pre-order down payment or pay balance amount in full. |

Should customer opt to surrender device on a different day (within assessment validity period), customer is responsible to keep trade-in devices in same condition as assessed to avoid any change in trade-in values. After 4 weeks (28 days), customer’s assessment shall be reset and trade-in device shall be reassessed for its new appraised value and applicable discounts. |

For customers paying balance in full prior surrendering trade-in device, initial assessment will be honored within the validity period, except for cases below: |

In the event that customer is unable to complete transaction within the assessment validity period (4 weeks), transaction will be cancelled and customer will need to do a new trade-in assessment. |
Trade-in Incentive

Eligible trade-in devices get up to ₱8,000 trade-in incentive (top up token) on top of the appraised value and all other discounts. Offer can only be applied once for every trade-in transaction. |
Samsung Care+ Offer
11. |
Upgrade discount: Customer to get up to 50% off on 1-year Samsung Care+ plan, or up to 28% off on 2-year Samsung Care+ plan (or free 6-month Samsung Care+ plan) in any Samsung Care+ participating store nationwide. |

Trade-in devices that are not eligible for additional discount/top up token may still proceed with trade-in with just the trade-in device appraised value as discount + Samsung Care+ offer. |
