Frequently asked questions

1. This promo is valid from December 13, 2025 to February 15, 2026.
2. The promo is open nationwide to all Filipino citizens and qualified foreign residents currently residing in the Philippines who will purchase any of the participating products of Samsung Home Appliances. The offer is available exclusively at Samsung Participating stores nationwide.
3. All GFP applications must be submitted on or before February 15, 2026. Applications filed beyond this date will not be accepted.
4. In cases where installation does not proceed for any valid reason, the Php 1.00 GCash payment will be refunded to the customer following Globe’s existing Business As Usual (BAU) refund process.
5. Promo vouchers are not transferable nor convertible to cash, discount or any kind.
6. A customer may avail of the offer a maximum of two (2) times for the entire duration of the promo, provided that the corresponding purchase requirement is met for both instances.
7. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other Globe GFiber Prepaid offers, unless otherwise stated.
8. Samsung and Globe Telecom, Inc reserve the right to disqualify any customer proven to have submitted false information or engaged in fraudulent activities in relation to this promo.
9. All customers are presumed to have read, understood and agreed to abide by the promo’s complete rules and regulations.

To qualify for the promo, the customer must:

1. Purchase any of the following participating products of Samsung Home Appliances from any of the Samsung Participating stores nationwide within the promo period;
2. With the assistance of Samsung frontliners who are present in participating stores, the customer will be asked to scan the QR code found on Samsung tent cards. Customer will be lead to the promo microsite (https://gfiberprepaid.globe.com.ph/)./ Customer will then be asked to enter the complete address where the GFiber will be installed in order to check serviceability of the area.
3. If area is serviceable, customer will be required to complete the GFiber Prepaid (GFP) portal application and enter the Voucher Code on the designated space. The voucher code will be given by the Samsung frontliners who are present in the participating stores.
4. Once the customer enters a valid voucher code, he/she will be eligible for the following premium equivalent to a total amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Five Pesos (Php 1,555.00) which he/she will receive on the date of Globe GFiber installation.
5. To complete the application, customer needs to pay Php 1.00 via GCash.
6. Only applications with complete requirements and successful Php 1.00. GCash payment will be considered valid.
7. Should the area of the customer be unserviceable, he/she will not be eligible for the promotion.

The GFiber installation can accommodate up to 500 meters of wire from the source. The customer should coordinate with the Globe representative for this.

Step 3: Once a valid voucher code is entered, you’ll receive premium benefits worth a total of ₱1,555.
