1. Customer buys a Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G, or Galaxy S21 5G (Operator/Online-Exclusive) within the promo period.
2. Customer may redeem a FREE 25W Travel Adapter worth ₱949. Redemption is from Jan 29 – March 31, 2021.
3. The free item can be redeemed by the customer by registering in the Samsung Redemption Management website.
4. Customer must follow the step-by-step procedure in the Samsung Redemption Management website to be able to claim their free item.
5. The free item shall be delivered to the customer's registered address. The customer shall not be able to redeem their free items at the store where their main item was purchased.
6. Delivery starts Feb 5, 2021 with lead time upon confirmation of successful validation of redemption documents:
a. Metro Manila: 12 working days
b. Luzon: 15 working days
c. Visayas / Mindanao: 17 working days

Terms and Conditions

1. Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.
2. The free item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s preferred delivery address as indicated in the RMS. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe or unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer to provide.
3. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
4. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts.
5. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i) redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. For authorized representatives who will receive the free item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the authorized representative may simply present the delivery code sent to the customer via email.
