| 1. | The Program is open to cardholders with participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing. List of BPI Credit Cards: Amore Cashback Card, Amore Platinum Cashback Card, Corporate MasterCard, Edge MasterCard, Gold Rewards Card, Platinum Rewards Cards, Rewards Card, Signature Card, Petron-BPI Card. |
| 2. | To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Samsung.com/ph or Samsung Online Store. |
| 3. | The Promo will run until March 31, 2026 at Samsung.com/ph or Samsung Online Store. |
| 4. | Qualified cardholders may avail 0% interest for up to 12 months installment term with respective minimum amount value indicated below: |

Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions. |
| • | Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later (seasonal campaign only). First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder's account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full. |
| 7. | The Special Installment Plan (SIP) Real 0% installment terms and monthly add-on interest terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of ₱3,000. |
