Next Purchase Voucher

Customers who ordered from Samsung Online Store and Samsung Shop App and answered the feedback survey form via any of the following touchpoints are qualified to get a voucher.

Customer must opt to share his/her email address (same email address used in the order) through a form that will prompt during the survey.

Customer will get the voucher code via email address within 15 working days from survey completion date. (Note: Only 1 voucher code will be given per unique email address within a period of 30 days, regardless of which touchpoint and how many times did the customer answer the survey.)

Voucher code entitles the customer to a 10% discount, capped at maximum discount of ₱1,000.

Voucher can be used to purchase any product from Samsung Online Store and Samsung Shop App.

Voucher cannot be stacked with any other vouchers or promotion codes.

7.

Voucher can be availed together with freebies and other ongoing product promotions available at the time of customer's purchase.

8.

Minimum of ₱1 checkout is required to complete the order.

9.

Voucher is not convertible to cash and any other product.

10.

Voucher is valid for one-time redemption only.

11.

Voucher is only valid for 2 months from issuance date.

12.

Voucher is non-refundable for customer-cancelled orders.

13.

Voucher is non-transferable.

14.

Program period is from April 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
