• Go to the Samsung Education Store portal. • Log in or sign up with your Samsung account. • Enter your school email address (.edu.ph) to validate your access to the store. • Verify your account using the link in the confirmation email sent. • After successful verification, log in to the store using your Samsung account to start shopping. -
What if I don’t have a school email address?
• Get an access code here. • Wait 24-36 hours for your details to be validated and for the access code to be provided. • Go to the Samsung Education Store portal and enter the access code provided to validate your account. • After successful verification, log in to the store using your Samsung account to start shopping. -

Is there a limit to how many products I can buy?The Samsung Education Store has been designed to enable eligible students and employees of Philippine educational institutions to purchase Samsung products for individual use (and not for business or resale purposes). Therefore, there is a limit of two (2) units per product category per calendar year.

Can I have my purchases delivered to an overseas address?No, delivery must be within the Philippines. Please ensure all delivery details are correct upon checkout. Can I transfer the discount on the Samsung Education Store to someone else?No, the discounted prices available on the Samsung Education Store are for the sole benefit of the eligible student or employee of the education institution who has used their email address ending in .edu.ph to access the Samsung Education Store. The discounts cannot be transferred to others.

If the item I want is not in stock, when will it become available again?Despite our best efforts to keep up with consumer demand, some products may not be available from time to time however you can register your email address to get a “stock alert” when the item is back in stock.
