Shopping at samsung.com/ph is easy and secure. Placing an online order requires just a few steps:
- Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Cart button from either the quick view or product detail page.
- You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
- Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps (Shipping, Payments).
- You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.
All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received an order confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your Samsung account to check your order summary. Unfortunately you cannot change your order after it was placed. You may create a second order for additional items.

Unfortunately you are unable to edit your orders once placed. You will need to contact our customer service team and request for cancellation of your created order and place a new one.
