Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
- 250 grams butterfly-cut pork chops (about 2 pcs.)
– pounded well on both sides with meat mallet. - ¼ tsp. of rock salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. thyme
- ½ cup fresh or full cream milk
- ½ cup sliced button mushrooms
- 2 tbsps. butter
- For garnish: parsley sprig
| 1. | Cut each pork chop into 2 down the center. |
| 2. | Season pork with salt, pepper and thyme. |
| 3. | Arrange on microwave safe dish. |
| 4. | Mix the mushroom soup and milk in a small bowl with a fork or small whisk. |
| 5. | Pour soup over the pork and carefully top with the sliced mushrooms. Dot with butter then cover with cling wrap. |
| 6. | Put inside the Samsung Smart Oven and Microwave for 10 minutes. Leave the cling wrap until ready to serve. |
