There are two key events for Samsung's new Galaxy smartphones and Galaxy Buds, Unpacked and launch, which follow the schedule below.

The livestream of the Galaxy Unpacked event will be on February 26, 2026 at 2 AM PHT. It's available for anyone to watch on Samsung.com, and you will be among the first to see the latest Galaxy mobile devices joining the Galaxy ecosystem.

The official release date of the new Samsung models will be announced during the event.

•

If you register for the upcoming Unpacked event, you'll receive an invitation to the livestream as well as future Samsung events.

You will receive an exclusive e-voucher gift valid on select Galaxy Ecosystem products.

If you complete a survey and pre-order the new Galaxy smartphone, you will get a chance to win premium Samsung products.

First, check your Trade-In eligibility to see if your phone qualifies for instant credit toward your new device, even if it's from another brand or has a cracked screen.

Next, when you get ready to switch phones, use our Smart Switch app to transfer your data wirelessly. Move photos, contacts, apps and more from your old device in one go.

Finally, send in your old phone. If you signed up for the Trade-In program, simply return your previous device to Samsung and enjoy your new Galaxy.

Promo Mechanics

1.

Participants who complete their registration to Galaxy Unpacked from February 11-25, 2026 will receive an e-mail confirming their eligibility to enter the raffle and win one of the premium Samsung items when they pre-order the New Galaxy Device from February 26-March 17, 2026 from Smart online or offline stores and claim the pre-ordered device on or before April 30, 2026.

Raffle guidelines:

a.

Raffle winners will be selected at random using a randomizer tool with the presence of DTI personnel during the week of May 18, 2026, or the next available date thereafter.

b.

Raffle winners will be contacted and verified by Samsung Philippines and/or Cheil Philippines via their registered e-mail and/or mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through SMS, call, or mail.

c.

Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID within sixty (60) days upon receiving contact. Failure to comply will result in the prize being considered unclaimed. Unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days from acknowledgment will be forfeited in favor of Samsung Philippines, subject to prior approval of the DTI-FTEB.

d.

With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Samsung Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the prescribed redemption period.

e.

Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein shall result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

f.

After verification, the winners must provide a Philippines address for prize delivery. Prizes may not be claimed in person at any Samsung Store.

g.

All regular and contractual employees of Samsung Philippines and its third-party suppliers are disqualified from joining the promotion.

h.

The raffle items are not convertible to cash or other products.

2.

Participants who sign up will also get a ₱5,000 e-voucher that can be used on Samsung.com or Samsung Shop app and is valid on select Samsung Galaxy products when they pre-order the New Galaxy Device from Smart online or offline stores from February 26 to March 17.

3.

Participants must claim the pre-ordered unit from Smart to claim the e-voucher .

4.

After claiming the pre-ordered unit, participants must visit the Samsung Redemption Site (www.samsung.com/ph/redemption) to input needed redemption details to claim the e-voucher. Redemption of voucher via site will be from February 26 to June 30, 2026 only.

5.

Participants will receive the ₱5,000 e-voucher via e-mail upon completion of redemption.

6.

The ₱5,000 e-voucher code can only be used at Samsung Online Store (www.samsung.com/ph) and Samsung Shop App from February 26 – June 30, 2026.

7.

The e-voucher code can be used to discount / purchase select Samsung Galaxy ecosystem products: Galaxy Tab S10 FE series, Tab S11 Series, Tab S11 Ultra Series, Watch Ultra, Watch8 Series.

8.

The e-voucher code cannot be used to discount the pre-ordered new Galaxy device or any other smartphone.

9.

The e-voucher code is not convertible to cash or any other products.

10.

The e-voucher code can be availed with any other ongoing promotions in Samsung Online Store and Samsung Shop App within the promo period.

11.

Minimum of ₱1 checkout is required on Samsung Online Store or Shop App to complete the order.

12.

The e-voucher is valid for one-time redemption only.

13.

The e-voucher is non-refundable for customer-cancelled orders.

14.

The e-voucher is non-transferable.

15.

The e-voucher code must be applied upon checkout from Samsung Online Store or Shop App during the promo period to avail of the discount promotion.
