Got this with the pre-order bonus so didn't have to pay extra.
Just like the instructions said - the line across the screen disappeared after installing. Less than 1 day for me. Had a quick read through the instructions before installing and had no issues with alignment, bubbles etc under the cover like some of the other reviews.
If you get it wrong the first time - it does come with a second protector in the packet.
Just do yourselves a favour and read the instructions ... and don't forget to clean the screen well with the provided cleaning cloth before installing to remove any dust, etc from the screen.

I wish i had bothered to read some reviews before buying 2 of these
this is the worst screen protector ive ever used and ive used many
the problem with this protector the middle part, it has a strip in the middle you start with
there is early dust or glue on the edges of this middle strip from the factory
i used 3 of the 4 protectors i bought, all have the same issue, the 4th can go in
the bin, its a failed design
look on youtube and the www this is a common issue, it ruins the look of your 2k Phone
this protector is utter junk do not buy it

I have never felt the need to write a review before, but this one takes the cake.
The applicator is absolute garbage, and garanteed to have bubbles and dust underneath. comes with a sticky pad to remove said dust however the screen protector is so flimsy and soft that it just makes it worse. once you inevitably give up and accept the bubbles, you'll notice that the product isnt made of a hard wearing plastic, but a softer-than-butter film that will tear and pull if you even put your fingernail against it, as I found out as I tried to coax the bubbles to the edge of the screen to remove them. If you miraculously get it on perfectly, I doubt very much that it would protect the screen from anything more than being in the same pocket as a microfibre cloth.

I've been through half a dozen of these, more fool me. I actually like the screen protector type (same as used to be pre-installed) but the installation is atrocious. Alignment is fine each time, but as the underside is dusty it immediately introduces particles to your screen after you've done cleaning it. Using dust stickers on this underside then pulls it off!
Honestly, if you could pay more to get a phone with preinstalled ones I would do (the one on my now sadly traded I'm s21 ultra was still spotless 2 years later)

Only good thing i have to say about it is the ease of install.
This product is terrible. I barely touched it with my fingernail and an unremovable mark was left. Then I later discovered that the same thing happens when I USE THE S PEN which is absolutly rediculous that i can't use one of the main selling points of the ultra without damaging the protector that was designed for the phone by the same company.
I also noticed a drop in fingrprint accuracy which is inconvinient but still perfectly useable.

The installation went perfect, unlike a lot of people complaining, so I was initially very happy. However after using the s pen it left marks all over the screen, even 3 days later. So no self healing. Thought these protectors were the same as the ones they used to fit as standard on the note 10 plus for example which lasted me the whole time o had the phone. Shame on you samsung for not fitting screen protecors from new anymore, especially at the price the s23 ultra goes for.

I've bought two packs of these so far, one when I originally bought the phone and the other just recently when they finally came back in stock after being unavailable for a while. I thought that perhaps the availability might have been so they could improve the product, but so far I have wasted four of these screen protectors. Despite my preparation, similar to that mentioned by another reviewer, I always end up with many bubbles and a very poor looking phone afterwards. I have used other, cheaper brands and they go on much easier. The main problem that I am finding is that the actual screen protectors have dust or dirt on their protective covers, which then transfers to the screen during fitting. Sadly, these actually feel much better than other third party products, but I find them simply impossible to fit correctly.

The alignment tool doesn't align it very well, I wasted 1 of them as it misaligned, I got the second one on correctly but after installing I can see 2 lines of color distortion like a water droplet on the phone screen, these 2 lines are where you peel off the plastic for step 1, not very good, would recommend getting a different screen protector. Also the S Pen doesn't glide as smoothly on this plastic screen protector as it does on glass or the screen itself.

I found this protector very easy to install, however has scratched REALLY easily, shows a lot of smudges. Today I dropped my phone onto my kitchen bench and it landed on a pen and in doing so, has shattered my screen. The screen protector did absolutely nothing to protect it, and I'm convinced if it were a better quality it would have provided more protection. These are flimsy, and a waste of time. I'm very disappointed, and will never be using these again.

Bought this for my wife & I's new S23 Ultras. Everything i needed came in the box, and it was very easy and straight forward to install. Like others have said, there was a horizontal line when i removed the middle section, but after a day or so of use, it is no longer there. When the screen was on, i didn't even notice it when it was there. I bought this to stop those micro scratches screens seem to get - like from keys in pockets, etc. This will do the job

bought the screen covers from Samsung just the job, easy application after watching the video. i would recommend as they were perfect fit and almost invisible when fitted, unfortunately i scratch one at the bottom corner and had to fit the 2nd one from the two pack, pulled off without any fuss and 2nd one fitted just as easily as the first i would defo recommend, in fact ill buy two more as no scree cover last more that a year with me.

Honestly after reading all the negative feedback, i was a bit concerned. But because i work on tech support i see alot mistakes made by customers. Most of the time they dont follow the guides. I took the time to read the instrutions, also watched the samsung video on youtbe on how to apply. After that, was magic, no problems on the corners, no scratches from the pen, as someone said here. After 2 weeks, still perfect.

It didn't work, I just wasted the two of them trying to install them properly. I watched the instructions video 3 times, and I was following it whilst applying the protectors. Both times I got 2 lines in the middle (from the middle part of the protector, the first 'bit' you have to remove. I cleaned everything properly and was applying the right amount of pressure to remove bubbles. Really unimpressed, waste of money

It is a decent screen protector for Galaxy s23 Ultra.
Easy to put on and barely noticeable when glued to the display.
I have only one complaint.
I found out that all the parts were dust contaminated. We all know what that means. Dust = bubbles. So take time. Remove any particles from all the tools, especially the protective film on the screen protector itself. Hold your breath, and you should be fine :D

Samsung screen protectors are the best. My note 10 came from the factory with one, and so did my s21 ultra. They are so good you can't even tell its there. It's easy to put on, instructions are pretty straight forward. Comes with a guide and everything, pretty hard to stuff up. Don't worry about the lines through the middle, they go away after a while. Can recommend these screen protectors.

This is a very poor screen protector. It even comes with a lot of dust in the box. It's very difficult to apply without attracting dust. My fourth, best attempt has left about 15 bubbles under the protector. I've gone through two packs of two and don't have any more to try again.
Avoid this. Samsung should be applying these in the factory. Hire a professional.

I have just applied this to my s23 ultra. It is like the original that Samsung had included with my previous. Ote 20 ultra.
It can be tricky to apply which is why 2 are included and docking it 1 star. I was able to apply it first go so am happy to have the spare.
I would buy another to be able to replace down the track just in case Samsung stop seeking them.

Application was easy enough with no bubbles, but give it a couple of weeks and the screen protector has lots of splits / cracks where parts have peeled off. It's really not up to much and becomes damaged very quickly. Such a shame as it seemed like a good screen protector at first. But both protectors that came with the pack have become damaged within weeks.

I have used several screen protectors and I am well aware of needing to be impeccable cleaning the screen before hand Samsung. Certainly not 3 stars from me!

Sadly it really is that bad. First attempt using the "aligner" was a disaster there are less bumps on bubble wrap. The second went better after i disregarded all istructions and aligned and placed myself. I cant belive this was even released as a product. The fact that a company who makes such good phones put their name on this is surprising.

Unfortunately like a lot of others, these screen protectors have left "Water Marks" where you peel off the middle part to first attach it. The QR code didn't work on the box to see how you attach the screen protector and the paper instructions are terrible. Thankfully I found the video that the QR was meant to show me after a quick Google.

Watched the video tutorial a few times and it was easy to follow and apply the screen protector, got it done the first attempt. I also used an alcohol wipe before the microfibre cloth to get rid of any oils.
Couple of small lines on the screen in the centre where you first apply it but they are slowly fading, i applied it 30 mins ago.

It's just terrible. The product comes with the package full of dust and that dust stays then on the screen constantly. The cloth is just ... let's just say it doesn't remove any dust. The instruction is unclear. After mounting it on the screen, there are multiple bubbles underneath and ever stripe marks from peel off. Waste of money!

When you peel off 1st layer, the protector itself is easy to get dust, and then when you stick to the screen it gets bubble inside, it is not as easy as Glass Protector to install. Not very good experience, it is good Samsung gives two protecotors and one as backup, but I failed with two of them, everytime got the bubble inside.

Easy to install. You need to install first as soon as you peel off the screen cover out of the box. Keep the area clean and no wind running around. Use the microfiber to dry the surface and use a desk light to see any dust. Use the dust sticker to clean any dust. Totally aligned and flawless installation. Excellent product!!!!!!

This is the most useless thing I've ever bought. It is misleading - it's not a glass screen protector, it's a thin piece of plastic that makes the screen feel cheap (no drop protection either which is why I bought it). After trying to apply both, there were bubbles and it was misaligned. I will be pursuing a refund.

Impossible to apply without creasing and getting dust on it. Have to look elsewhere now for a new because I for sure wont buy this again, and since the application didnt work I have thousands of air bubbles due to dust that wint go away, so I do need a new one. Possibly the worst screen protector I've ever used. If you look at it, it scratches. It's horrible for fingerprints and nothing like the old factory installed on I got with my s22. Remember when one came on the phone. But this onky if you need to. It's easy to fit but not fit for purpose

I like how thin these are, but that's about it. I mist go through a small country's national gdp buying these. Installing them I'd a nightmare. Even getting perfect alignment when you peel off the last layer it lifts the actual protector then it's bubble city. Soul crushingly awful.

The screen protector was easy to apply. Followed instructions to a T.
The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't stick completely over the curved edges, which is a bit annoying. So as soon as I put my phone in my pocket or bag it will strat lifting off the edges. :-(

I understand the reviews haven't been great because the official Samsung YouTube video is actually not using the same screen protector as this one. Once you figure it out it is a simple process and no air bubbles on my screen. Don't rate it poorly because of user error folks.

Apply with patience and care, and steady hand, I manage to get a near perfect application, the lines initially appear gradually can be rubbed out with the application tool supplied. I managed on the second application.

The 1st one lots of small air bubbles in the middle section.
The 2nd one was OK. But its easily peel off from the screen. And S pen will easily scratch the film protector.

Easy to apply and it seems to heal itself when I scratch it! When I installed I had three bubbles but they just disappeared. Not glass so won't protect against impact but I find glass types start to lift.

Please give us an option to apply this screen protector before sending the phone out to us as i am no expert in applying these things on my phone. The first piece had 1 small bubble on the left of the phone, along the line too while my second piece had the same exact tiny bubble on the right side of the phone this time also along the line too........
The alignment tool is just sufficient to help with aligning the screen protector i guess? Since you can still wiggle the screen protector around which kinds of loses that guarantee for perfect alignment as it doesnt insert to your usb c port like third party screen protector (Ringke etc), which guarantees a perfect alignment. This uses double sided tape to help keep the tool in place which you really have to smash that thing to the bottom right side of your phone to ensure a better alignment.
This screen protector is of the same exact feeling and material from the s20 / note 20 / s21 series which i loved a lot.
I wouldnt mind paying extra for the phone just to have this screen protector applied perfectly without bubbles before sending it to me, just like the s20 / note 20 / s21 series

I realise you're probably put off by the other reviews, but I'll try and counter as I've not experienced the issues others have. I've previously had Pixel 4,5, and 7 , and Samsung S20, S21 and now S23, and I've always used screen protectors, so I've had to apply many (Pixels I tend to use glass as they don't intefior with the optical fingerprint scanner as much) but Samsung I prefer the non-glass ones due to the ultrasonic scanner.
These screen protectors feel the closest to tempered glass that you can get for Samsung, they don't have that plasticy feel when you run your finger along them like other 3rd party protectors do. They feel just like the pre-installed protectors that used to come with the S20 and S21, if you get that reference.
Admittedly I didn't get the installation spot on and I've got small bubbles near the upper half left of the screen, but barely noticeable.
I felt impelled to write this review after seeing all the negative ones. I'm usually the type of person that would reads reviews religiously prior to purchase, and I would totally be put off reading the other reviews. However, if you're like me and loved the pre-installed protectors on previous Galaxy phones and struggled to find a third party alternative, these are great and I would definitely buy again. Dont be put off by other reviews.

Worked perfectly. Was skeptical because of reviews, but there is a video on youtube, follow it, but it wasnt as easy as the video. To prevent bubbles and dust underneath this is what I did along with the video instructions:
Make sure room is clean, doors & windows closed. Use a very flat but not slippery surface. Do not move around too much to reduce dust. Lol try installing without a shirt on to prevent dust from your clothes going onto surface. Spray water in the air around the surface. Wipe the surface down and blow slightly on it to remove dust particles. Clean screen protector as best as you can with a microfiber cloth. Attach the guide to bottom of phone, Clean phone thoroughly with microfiber, monitor closely to see that there's no dust, then use the dust sticker to lift of tiny dust particles from phone surface, keep the sticker safe for reuse soon. then lift off part one , align with guide make sure camera hole is in line with screen protector, use the squeegee to smooth out the middle part that will be attached to the phone. lift part 2 up , check for dust , use dust sticker to remove excess dust on upper part of phone then as quickly but carefully as possible, use the squeegee to roll out the top half of the screen protector on to the phone. then turn phone 90 degress, lift of the part on the guide, again check for dust on bottom half and use the dust sticker to lift of dust, and use the squeegee to roll out the bottom half. Then as quickly as possible work out the lines in the center with the squeegee apply some pressure, but not too much. Once that is done take the microfiber cloth and press along the edges of the screen protector to lock it down and stick to the phone. If there are any little bubbles left slowly work out to the edges with squeegee. I have one very tiny bubble and not noticeable at all.
