Absolutely disgusted with this phone. The phone itself is OK, always been happy with the Galaxy range. Clearly the technology is nowhere near ready for a folding screen. Cracked on the fold within the first 12 months and was unusable. Service provider didn't repair but gave me another brand new phone. Surprise, surprise exactly the same thing has happened again! Only use the phone on and off for a few hours a day so hardly overworked and is treated so carefully you wouldn't believe it if I told you. This phone/design is not fit for purpose and I will never buy again. Biggest waste of money a LOT of money and I regret the purchase completely.
This folding screen technology WILL break along the fold regardless of how well you treat your phone. Have you noticed if you organise the reviews by date, ALL the most recent ones, i.e., the reviews made by people who've owned their phone for 6 months or more, are about how the screen will break along the fold, and how Samsung support will say it's nothing to do with them, that their technology is fine, or they can't do anything about it. Samsung CAN do something about it, but they'd rather lose all future custom and lose any goodwill they've earned over recent decades, rather than replace faulty prematurely released technology with something tried and tested.
As soon as I saw this phone advertised I knew I had to have it. Especially considering they did one in Lavender! I was wary of it folding and the possibility of it being a problem, but I trusted Samsung enough to think they'd not allow it to be a problem. However it is! Trying to watch my programmes/videos etc my eyes are always drawn to the wide line right through the middle! It's no different than my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus tbh. No better. In fact it's done nothing but annoy me the way I've been signed out of all my apps,some I still can't sign back into. Extremely frustrating. I wish I'd followed my cut about the split now and regret getting this phone.

In theory this phone is great. It's super slick, looks great, feels great and is great. Until after a few months a small crack begins to appear in the fold crease of the screen. Mine has had a case on it since the day I got it and has never been dropped. It's been used everyday and I've had no other issues with it. The more I use it the worse that the crack is getting. I spoke to Samsung support and they told me that the screen isnt covered under the warranty, which in my eyes is an admission of guilt that they have no faith in the screen lasting well. I would wait a few years before getting a foldable screen as clearly the technology hasn't been perfected yet. Do yourself a favour and buy something else.

IVE HAD THE ZFLIP FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW OR SO AND LOVED IT UNTIL NOW. IT JUST DID THE CRACK DOWN THE MIDDLE AND BLACK IS STARTING TO SPRED. I AM NOT CLOSING IT. I AM TAKING IT IN TOMORROW TO GET IT FIXED AS IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I've been a Samsung user since the S3 and I've loved every phone....until this one. How Samsung allowed this terrible phone to be sold is beyond me. The screen cracks in the middle, the cell reception is complete garbage, and I've been told to put my phone on airplane mode and take it off a million times and the battery life takes you back to the early 2010s. My next phone will not be Samsung. I've loved my previous Samsung products but this phone removed all faith I had in the company. They know it is a terrible phone but won't do anything about it. Stay away from this phone.
When I first got the phone, I was HYPED. I really had a good year and a half with it. Battery was dying off quickly, but nothing to put me off. Daily and average usage, so I can’t tell much about the performance. Then everything went downhill the moment a crease appeared, it was a bit bothering but still functioning. And few days later, the liquid leaked in the crease! The first half of the screen isn’t working anymore. My husband has the same model and also has issue with phone. I know it’s a flip phone, but the keeping it closed damages the screen over time. In other words, avoid this phone at all cost. It is clearly not a long term phone. It will last you just about a year. Big waste of money. Huge disappointment.
Overall the phone and software all work great. This product is getting a 2 star due to the screen protector. I bought it in feb 22 and in 4 and a half months its already started to split on the fold. Apparently its a common problem with some shops refusing to sell it. Its a Samsung warranty issue so it would have to be sent to Samsung and be without a phone for a duration of time. Not only that, i was told that if there is ANY sort of damage to the phone like a little chip in the phone casing they "have to" replace it which will cost a small fortune although you only sent it in for a replacment screen protector. Its absolutely disgusting. Begs the question will i have to send my phone every few months back to Samsung?

This is the most expensive phone I've ever bought and the biggest disappointment. Yes, it looks cool, but the battery life is shocking. I have not gone a day since I bought it last September where I haven't had to recharge, and I don't consider myself to be a heavy phone user. Also, the screen is starting to crack, which I was assured wouldn't happen with this model. I advise everyone against this phone, because it's a sub-par gimmick. Please think carefully before purchasing, especially if, like me, the cost is a considerable amount for you to spend.
I have had the phone for 4 months and recently it stared shutting down and restarting 40-50 times a day. I tried it in safe mod and did a factory reset and nothing helped. I had an appointment at a service center 30 Miles away and when I got there the computers were down and received no apology or assistance. I called Samsung and was told I would have to send them the phone for repair. I need it to log into my work computer remotely. I decided to trade it in for a non Samsung phone. I lost some money but my time and sanity are worth more.

I was for months a huge advocate of this phone and showed it off to loads of people, even encouraged a few friends to buy. However, my screen has now cracked along the fold making it totally unusable. I took this into an EE branch today to get repaired and the guys in the store said they had seen this very common issue loads of times with other customers. They also said it was clear the screen was cracked on the fold due to defect vs. anything I had done wrong. Despite this, they refused to repair or replace it without me paying and said I would have to raise the issue with Samsung because its not a warranty issue!? Loads of forums online suggest Samsung are not taking responsibility and replacing these screens free of charge despite known issue.

I have always been a loyal samsung user, I fell in love with the idea of the flip phone reminding me of the all day cellphones I got my phone in September'21 and had it pre-ordered. Since this was not the first Flip/Fold I assumed Samsung would have fixed all the screen issues that appeared in the previous generation. I was mistaken!! Now I have like an air bubble in the screen that keeps extending everyday. Given how much Samsung is charging for the phone I was expecting so much more than a screen durability of 7 - 8 months
Only issue is the screen. After 7 months the screen protector cracked along the fold and eventually broke. A few weeks later the screen itself has started to crack along the fold. I have contacted Samsung only to be told physical damage is out of the warranty - however the damage has been caused by simply using the phone. Apart from this I have absolutely loved the phone and before this incident singing its praises. I am very concerned there is now a fault with the design and more shocked that Samsung expect me to pay for it.
Great concept. I love that the phone fits in my bag and doesn't take a lot of space. However, I had the phone for a year and half. After that, the battery started losing power and most recently a pixel looks like it exploded on the screen causing a large black blob. It covered most of the screen so I wasn't able to reach any of the functions of the phone. I ended up losing everything on my phone. Very disappointing. I've been a forever Samsung customer. Again, love the idea. I hope the kinks are worked out in a few years.
I really disappointed that I left iPhone to use Samsung again after 10 years , the design is brettty nice and very thin that you can handle it without feeling it sizes. But unfortunately, the same issue from last 10 years is happening about the battery heat up suddenly and drainage quickly that need 10 hr to recover your phone battery to 85%. Then the screen is appeared as middle line and got scratches only at middle not every where at screen - really I will never come again to Samsung. Sorry to say this . Thank you .
My husband and I have had our phones a little over a year. At first we both really liked them; BUT now not so much. The screen protectors are coming off in the center of the phone and my phone is beginning to have pixel issues. We are both very careful with our phones, always in protective cases and screen protectors. They have not had any serious drops, just off coffee or side table. We usually have our phones for several years before replacing them. Not sure this phone will last. Very disappointed in this phone.
This is like the 20th samsung ive owned and the most pricey as well yet it has broken the quickest... will never buy samsung again unless they recall all these phones and give us ones that can actually fold. Absolute garbage every part of it is built to break, it over heats like crazy, the battery doesnt last well and Since when did phones start coming brand new with no charger included??goes against consumer laws and have never felt so ripped off in my life.. if there was an option for 0 stars i would choose that.
This phone is one of the best phones I have ever used. This phone without a case looks stunning. The design is incredible. One ui 4 matches its beauty with easy to use interface and I love using the colour palette which matches my wallpaper. The only problem was when I initially bought it, the battery life was not very good but after the battery optimisation finished. It powers my phone longer than my son's a52 5g which has a much bigger battery. In all if you were to buy this phone, you will not regret it.

Don't recommend this phone. Took multiple days to replace the screen protector on my Samsung z flip 3, got it back with dust under the protector and an air bubble, was told it would disappear in time. This was from a certified Samsung repair station. Now 4 days later the entire screen protector is coming up at the fold. I don't recommend this company (unreakifix) or the flip phones, much work to do, going to trade it in for a regular phone with glass, no screen protector nonsense to deal with.
I loved the style of the phone and the fa t that I could put it in my pocket. Unfortunately, twice it has had a hairline crack form in the seam when I open it! *not from dropping the phone, but just from opening it up. I heard the crunch of the glass cracking as I opened it. I'm not going to fix it again because in my opinion this is a design flaw and I believe it will continue to happen. Get the insurance if you buy it. Otherwise it's going to get very expensive to fix it over and over.

Upgraded to the flip 3 recently and sending it back. Only had it a week and the battery life in it is shocking!!!!! I wouldn’t say I use the phone heavily, social media browsing and internet searches and I’m having to charge it twice before I even go to bed. The phone itself is lovely, stylish, nice and compact but cannot cope with the battery. Want to be able to go out for the day and take photos which I wouldn’t be able to with this without carrying a charger with me.

I bought flip 3, 2 years back. Last week a neon green line suddenly appeared vertically across the entire screen. I'm told it's an issue with the led screen. I'm so disappointed as I have been a loyal Samsung phone user for last 8 years and this is the first time. The shop tells me this has happened to a number of customers with flip 3. To repair would cost as much as a new A series. I really will have to reconsider my loyalty to Samsung phones. Very disappointing.
This phone is rubbish had it for a month and screen broke along the crease. Phone was pristine not a mark on it but I had supposedly been to rough with it. Not covered by warranty now stuck with broke phone or pay 350 for the screen to be fixed for no doubt it to only break again will never by another samasung product. I very much doubt this review will be shown any where but it only took 2 mins to do so hopefully they are not biased and show poor reviews too.

Awful Do not buy your screen will break it is an obvious design fault that Samsung hide behind with the flimsy‘protector’( use this term loosely it protects nothing) and blame you when it creases ….people who have problems with this phone with broken screens need to contact the ombudsman the more people who complain to this service or trading standards the more this will be recognised for the obvious fault that it is and should be fixed on warranty!!!!!!
I went from going to a oneplus 7 pro to this and I regret it so much. The battery life is appalling. You get about 3-4 hours of usage before this thing runs out with battery saver mode turned on, if I go out for the day I always have to bring a portable charger. If you compare it to my old phone, I could use that all day and not have to charge it until the end of the day. The screen was ok up until about 2 weeks when very visible creases and damage started to appear around the fold which will need fixing if I want to trade it in or send it back. This phone is awful and unfinished, it capitalizes on a useless gimmick because any space saved by having a folding phone in handbags or pockets has to be used for power banks. I am beyond disappointed with this phone and would give 0 stars if I could. Even Apple makes better stuff than this.

Good looking and compact phone, nothing else good about it. I have this phone for a couple of months and I'm starting to discover an issues. Big issue with the battery. My blood sugar sensor is connected all the time with the phone do I can check level of sugar however the battery with normal use it last for a half day. It is pain because I can risk that the phone might be dead as I won't hear sugar alarm. I'm thinking to give up with Z FLIP Edition.
Do not buy this phone! This phone is very fragile within a month i had many scratches on the phone just from my fingernails not to mention that the screen protector is plastic and comes off very easily. Not to mention the battery is very poor, few month of having the phone, the phone dies when i am not even using it. I recently went to try repair my phone and it cost 400 pounds to repair or get a new phone. It is a pretty phone but not worth it.

Best device I have ever owned. Had it for 2 years now. I was very dubious about my purchase, but OMG what a phone . It has never faulted, dropped but has never cracked due to its hard case. Has never had to be fixed. Fits in the pockets of all my work and good clothes perfectly without falling out. I would love the Z5, but can't justify when this one still works so good. I will not go back to a normal flat phone again. Well done samsung

I've had this phone 2 year's nothing but problems every 5 to 6 month's the screen bubbles up and running line's up and down the screen they replaced it the first time and I've paid out of pocket the rest of the time and know I have them on the line and they will not let me talk to a supervisor I think I'm not the 1st person that has been through this with them just admit that you sold me a defective product and do something about it
I always loved Samsung and was my favourite among others . However , what's been happening to see over the past year was a nightmare with the Samsung flip3. The display cracks on its own and the upper screen won't work and it cost a bomb to get itbl fixed. First time 20k, SECOND time 20k, THIRD TIME 31k. And the duration between the 2nd the 3rd was 5 months. And so is the fold . Its heart breaking and very very disappointing.
The phone is a nice compact size and has performed well. I have had it 18 months and the screen is main screen is having display issues at the fold. It look like there is water under the screen. Right now It is not too bad BUT failing in 18 months is inexcusable. My wife and I have had Samsung phones for years and never had such a poor experience as this. I really can't see buying or recommending a flip phone again.
Ive had my Flip 3 for around 18months, the battery life is so poor it needs charging at least twice a day - bearing in mind I work in an office and it doesnt get much use during the day. Then today, I open the phone to find a crack across the hinge of the screen where it bends, the crack is under the screen. It hasn't been dropped or misused. Researched and lots of people are experiencing the same thing!

Please don't buy this flip phones guys, waste of money. It's just one year passed since I bought my phone, screen protector got bubbles at folding site, slowly scratches on screen at folding site. If you call customer service that's another tragedy, they act like they will help you, at the end of the day they just say you have to pay for the repair charges. At your own risk. Will never buy a Samsung phone
Beautiful looking phone, with lots of great features. Excellent camera. Be sure to add a robust screen protector and armour plated cover! The screen is of a plasma type and you will lose pixels if you accidentally knock it or drop it. The external cover looks like it is made of glass. This will remain intact but fracture into hundreds of tiny fragment if knocked or dropped. Expensive for what it is.

I love the look and the design but as this is my 3rd or fourth and this one has already had to go off to be mended as it stopped charging last weekend. Now been told I have to pay for this when I've so say had a new phone and should be in warranty. Also the sound is awful, everyone says I sound all bubbly continuously sincebive had it. All in all I'm not impressed ot is costing yet more money

This phone is trash. I bought the z3 flip. The first one I had to replace the screen protector twice due to the lifting a crease in the middle and sides. Then after a year of use it just stopped working. Then got another on due to defective have only had this one less than a tear a the protector is lifting a creasing again. I love samsung phones but never will I buy a flip not a good idea.
I bought this phone in Jan 2022 - I loved it, and I still do. It does everything I want and looks and feels great. Slips in my pocket so much better than anything else... But... two months on there are tiny cracks appearing on the flip line, it feels rougher. I'm just really disappointed. Oh one final this, sadly it doesn't come with Dex - a lovely feature that is missing.

While I enjoy the ability to take group pictures without leaving anyone out, and the dual screen mode is unique. The fold mechanism creates an ugly crease in the middle of the phone, and after 1 year of having the phone the top half became unfunctional. I filed a claim with Samsung Premium care 2 months ago, and I still don't have replacement. Save yourself the headache!!!!!
I have always had Samsungs and I have had this phone for less than a year and the screen has cracked right across the middle along the crease. Samsung will not cover under warranty even though I have not dropped it. If you read about the Z3 there are many complaints about the screen cracking along the crease and Samsung will not recognise this as a fault and will jot repair
I had the speaker replaced just months after getting the phone brand new. The screen broke on the fold part of the phone a couple of months later through the insurance. The insurance replaced the phone and 2 months later the screen went again in the same place across the fold. Now don't want use the the phone just incase it breaks again and it will cost me for the 3rd time
Very disappointed with this phone. The camera is very poor, the quality of the zoom feature is dire. Also after a matter of days I had a fold in the front screen which inhibits the ability to scroll on a number of things, such as Web pages. Now after 6 months I have a crack in the screen along the fold line. Not impressed at all and would jpt recommend this to anyone.

After having the same issues as everyone else (defect in screen due to opening and closing the phone) I am now taking my case through trading standards who have said that I do have a case. Fed up of being fobbed off my customer services. I suggest everyone else having the same issues to do the same. They will have to admit it if everyone is saying the same thing!

I have had this phone for 6 months and it has broke already. The screen first started going black when opening it up after a few months and then kept having to close and open the screen and now the screen itself is breaking and sometimes just stays black. The bend in the phone makes a horrible sound when opening and closing and the phone itself is a poor design.

The phone has been great in the beginning with good camera. However, after 2 years, there's green line appear on the screen and require fairly expensive price to fix. Moreover, phone started to turned off each time phone is flipped which defeats the purpose of flip phone. It occurs to my other friends too. So, bad phone for a long term use.
Unbelievable, just out of nowhere my screen is lifting at the fold, and making a crackling sound, just like all the others. The phone is just over a year old, which must be the time frame for this issue to happen. Never again Samsung. Very let down with the decision I made to purchase this Z Flip 3. I won't be your next lab rat, I promise.
The worst mobile i had in my live. Cannot touch the screen as is more delicate than egg. Samsung giving warranty witch is useless. If somebody wants to loose money this is the best product to do it. I thought the Z flip 3 would be a really different phone to get. The adverts made it look amazing, however I'm on due to get my second replacement phone tomorrow. The first had a flaw in the screen and the second has damage to the screen where it folds, this is after less han 6 months. Really wished I hadn't got this ohone
You buy this phone only to be different and to stand out of the crowd. Coming from an S21 Ultra, this phone is definitely compromised in alot of areas (Ex: Very poor battery life and charging speeds, mediocre cameras, poor thermal management), but it just doesn't matter when the phone is this cool and when it is fun to use.

IT WORKED GREAT UNTILL A FEW MONTHS AGO NOW I HAVE TROUBLE GETTING IT TO START UP WHEN OPENING IT . I HAVE TO OPEN A ND CLOSE IT A FEW TIMES USING FINGER PRINT METHOD BEFORE I CAN USE IT EVEN THEN IT WILL SHUT DOWN SOME TIMES . I WOULD NOT BUY ONE AGAIN AS I HAVE HEARD OTHERS SSY THEY HAVE HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS .
The screen will break where it folds. I have already been through 2 of these phones in 19 months. I bought it brand new and after a few months the screen started cracking and coming off the phone where it folds. Sent it in for a "new" one and it's only been a few months with this one and it's doing the same thing.
Honestly worst phone I've had in my life! Stuck in a contract with it, the first one broke on the folding crease within a month of having it, and the replacement has been no better considering I never close it incase of a break. Would definatley not recommend ever! They shouldn't be allowed to sell these phones!
Absolutely terrible phone worst I have ever had ....screen splits down the middle of the phone ...had 3 of these phones and same happens each time but every time it was my fault apparently... This is a great phone. This is my second one which l bought used and had the screen protector replaced so happy with that. However, my 1st flip3 which l bought new is back with Samsung having its 2nd screen protector replacement. A great phone in other ways but too expensive to fail twice already.
Features are good and all, but no headphone jack. I need to turn it off following a 6 hour train ride as the Bluetooth has wiped the battery and the approved port adapters are just a big waste of money. May have to get the old ipod out for the longer journeys to help Samsung out

Everything. It folds up well to go in pocket or handbag. It takes wonderful photos and is very sturdy with it's case on. Dispite all the negative information and refusal of anyone at phone shops to do it, I sent for a screen protector and managed to fit the replacement easily.

One of the worst devices I havw owned. Had about 8 months the battery life is awful. Most of the time It doesn't last half a day needs . 2 full charges. The processor for the phone is slow. The screen protected had to be removes as it was sharp and cracked in the middle.
Had phone for less than 6 months. I have no camera functionality, have to charge the phone 2-3 times per day, and at times will have no cell service when someone on the same network with a different phone has 4 bars of 5G. Worst phone Samsung has put out.
Overall, I love this phone & happy to report that it is my daily driver. Just give this phone a 4000mAH battery & forget the rest really. That's where it's lacking... the battery. After getting a 4000mAH battery this phone will become an UNSTOPPABLE force!

Samsung flip phone.When is an accessory not an accessory. The screen protector is required or the phone warranty is void.But Samsung call the screen protector a accessory. Trouble is it is useless and developed a crease across the screen with normal use.

I like this phone because it's very safe when folded, it's compact and does the job I need it to. One issue I had was I got this one has a replacement for my broken one and the front screen on my new one was loose so I've had to repair that part myself.

I love the flip. I've swapped from an iPhone and have found that the same apps that I used on my iPhone have more functions on iPhone than android. The main problem with this phone is the battery. It drains ultra fast which is disappointing
Nice looking, love it, but after a year the screen start cracked and hot while charging, sometimes was able to deal or answering the calls because it's frozen. I had keep to restart the phone over again, again..very very frustrated.
Screen went black along fold after four months old. Samsung said i had dropped it which i hadn't and refused warranty had to go through insurance. Customer service rubbush. The phone was charging and thevscreen just went overnight
The phone looks great and I love a lot of the features. I however have had a issue with the screen protector cracking and I am really not satisfied with the short battery life. Constantly worried running out of battery
Any body who owns one of these and has a crack along fold need to contact samsung complaints first then contact trading standards as these screens are faulty even vodafone wont insurance them so whats that telling u

Love it! It fits in all my pockets and doesn't fall out which is one of the main reasons for buying it. On the downside I am unable to connect it to my Samsung watch after many many tries which is disappointing
Great idea, however my bottom half of my screen has turned yellow or sometimes just black. The phone has never opened straight after around a week of owning the phone. This no fault of my own just bad design
This phone didn't last long, bad product from Samsung. A total rip off. The battery life is short and the screen died before 2 years was over. Samsung should recall these and compensate those affected.
Had this phone 2 years now and honestly the worse phone I have ever had. Samsung let there self's down massively on this phone, and has put me off samsungs forever. I cant wait to get rid of it 😩

This device will not last long. The screen protector will not stay attached in the fold and the phone will quit working after normal use. They will find an excuse to not warranty the screen.
So it was fun while it lasted. The crease tore so horizontal videos are horrible on my flip 3 and it cost $300 dollars to repair. Other than that it is still fully functional after 2 years.
Avoid at all costs if anything like the flip3 the screen will fail when shutting the phone,resulting in the phone turning off. Apparently not a known fault so won’t repair under warranty!
I have had my galaxy flip3 for nearly 3 years, apart from slight crease marks on the fold, I have had no problems with mine, I guess I just got lucky maybe, I am looking to upgrade soon.
Its a nice mobile after a while thou a crease line appears in centre of screen where it folds. So now you have this constant white cracked creased line across the centre of the screen.
Doesn't work when you open and close it. The screen remains black. Once in every 5 times it works. Battery is shocking, be lucky if it lasts half a day. Certainly wouldn't recommend.

Disappointed for buying this phone, October 2022 the cover at the back has been open up, I have to go to Samsung service center to get it fixed. January 2023 same I issue again.
I bought this a month ago, had software issues in the begining, then after two weeks there were dead pixels, i googled and found out majority of the people had the same issues.
Don't get me wrong I love the phone but I wish it would last a full day. Its weak battery is the only disappointment. Its got a wonderful processor though and beautiful hinge.

Easy to use and set up. Transferred all data from my previous Samsung with no problems. Only negative is the short battery life - only 2 days on a full charge with normal use
Awful phone, it was looked after and still failed after 6 months, it's too fragile. Don't buy a flip phone! when you start putting folds in phones you are asking for trouble.
The display is lost just after one year. It dupposed that it has been made for one yr lasting. As pet service center, it costs 33000/- i,e, close to new ph. This is amazing.

It's annoying Samsung blames it's clients for the crease damage. I put a cover on every phone I buy. They will not be told there rubbish or replace the screen

I have had the screen replaced with out warranty due to cracking of the screen in the middle on the joint. It's gone again. Would not recommend this phone.

I was advised against buying it because people told me it hangs and lags, but I wanted the small size. It does Hang and lag all the time. Bad decision...
I liked the features on the phone but as reviews had warned me it started with a line near the fold and bottom half flickering. Was a waste of money.
Screen blacks out randomly when using. Clearly they just launched it without proper testing. Wasted my money! Camara is also bad not great at all.
If like me you are left handed its a nightmare trying to switch phone off as you have to use buttons on right hand side Keep getting Bixby Hate it

To do this swipe down from the top of the screen > tap the Power menu button > tap on Side key settings > under double press select "Quick launch camera or Open app" > under Press and hold, select Power off menu. Three times was send back to fix the middle crease, every time needed to backup all data on my other phone, at the end trade it in.. .
It's not new it's the 4th replacement I've had. I'm still paying for my ohone on a contract, though I now have a recycled 2nd hand one

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
