Galaxy Z Flip4

I've had mine for about 1 year. Its my second flip. I had the flip 3 before this 4. It's my favorite Samsung phone and I've been buying only Samsung phones since the beginning of cell phone times. I love the flip but the camera doesn't seem to take as good of photos as a few other Samsungs Ive had although still amazing quality. The center does have one small slit after one year of daily moderate use and I take very good care. I'm assuming this may get worse eventually. So. Yes the phone needs to have some sort of support or warranty for this because one year is just not good enough considering price. I hope that Samsung will fix this on the next one. I would purchase.

My first Flip phone kept shutting off in the middle of a text or taking a picture the store traded me for a new one. Then the new phone wouldn't open all the way and then it started getting a black line across the screen then I could get into it and I lost all my stuff I mean all my stuff. I took it back and then had to wait for a new one.

I bought this a month ago for my mother, but I have experienced that the mobile hangs too much. Sometimes, when I open it from the flip, it doesn't unlock from the lock screen. Sometimes it hangs during calls, and sometimes I can't respond to calls. I am very disappointed.

Had the phone for 14 months and the screen started to fail at the fold and within a couple of days, the whole screen failed. Phone is outside of the 12 month warranty.
