[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could givegives than 1 star, I would. Possibly the worst phone I've ever had. The system is so slow and crashes constantly. You cannot use maps as the travelling time is too fast for the phone to keep up with. The camera takes a few seconds to take a photo, then another 20 seconds if you want to take two. Any app runs so slow on it, even typing this, I am waiting for each letter to type. Definitely not fit for purpose and I am quite a patient person but it drives you insane waiting constantly for any aspect of the phone to work. It is so frustrating and I would definitely not recommend.

Recently I bought this New A series from Samsung and very much satisfied with the new model A16 5G which is now launched in India. The reason I bought this new mobile is the promise of 6 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates. Overall very happy with the purchase.

In general, I am very satisfied with my new Galaxy A16. I have found that in general Samsung is the best phone for me. My only complaint is that it feels too large as I had a J6 which was smaller and fit more snugly in my hand. The A16 is more helpful to me as it has the AI feature which I did not use before.

Samsung A16 5G looks stylish and feels good in the hand. The display is large and clear, good quality for net use and general tasks. Battery backup is also quite satisfactory, it goes away after charging once a day.
I recommended this product.

The A13 is far better than the A16. The A16 screen picture quality is orangish. I've adjusted and adjusted and adjusted the display settings and it's still awful quality. Would not recommend this phone.

The GOOGLE News page is annoying and I haven't worked out how to permanently delete it. Wish phone wouldn't shut off so quickly. Having a few issues with the size a nd weight, but them's the breaks.
