I bought it a week ago, it's the best decision I made so far, I'm enjoying everything about the phone.The fact that it's NFC enabled will definitely make my life more easier because I don't have to worry about carrying physical card all the time. It's lightweight, I even end up not recognizing I'm carrying a phone. As for screen for the screen, Samsung made the perfect choice with the gorilla glass because I don't have to worry about about a damaged screen, immediately after the device slip away from my hands. I'm so curious 😁 about promised updates, & thrilled because my device is going to be more secure, my data is going to be safer than it ever was.🫡🤝

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy A17 and it has been an excellent everyday phone. It handles apps like WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, browsing, and light gaming very smoothly. The display is bright, sharp, and very enjoyable for watching videos and scrolling. Battery life is strong and easily lasts the whole day with normal use. Performance is stable and the phone feels fast and responsive for daily tasks. It also has a clean and modern Samsung interface which makes it easy to use. The camera takes clear and detailed photos in good lighting, which is great for social media. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy A17 is the best A series phone I have used so far and a very reliable choice for everyday use.

You see a thing called samsung phone don't waste your money I bought an A17 4g I updated and apps started crashing even youtube music imagine, I can't even play any games anymore without this thing crashing even after factory resetting my phone and even rebooting even wiping some caches it is ruined I will never buy this phone it comes with good build but bad UI system never update a Samsung and never buy it I wasted my only money thinking I'll never have to buy a phone for quite a while but it didn't even reach a year like my screen is fine I take care of my phone but the Ui I regret ever buying a Samsung I've been using a techno I've never experienced this problem even after updating my techno I am disappointed Samsung very disappointed!!!.

I have been using this device for a week and it's a greate device with great display for content and streaming and bigger battery but the catch is that it doesn't offer much on the operating system, there's no improvement compared to previous model like the A16 and A15, they both have the same functionality and also the image processing isn't always accurate and lastly whe i get this device i thought it had like additional AI features but there's none but just google gemini which my previous phone had but so far it's great.

You've really done it this time, you sure did. I'm wondering what was on your mind when you decided to give the A17 only 4GB of RAM in 2026. And because I'm residing in South Africa, I have the privilege of experiencing this mess firsthand, I got hyped by the marketing ads and decided to get an A17, and little did I know I was digging my own grave. At first glance it was almost better, but when I updated to One UI 8.0 on Android 16, everything changed. A stripped One UI 8.0 that amounts to little more than a version number change, accompanied by severe lagging. The RAM is constantly bottlenecked by the bloatware that you so generously decided to shove onto your customers, but that's why we love Samsung. I'm writing to you hoping that maybe, just maybe, the potential A18 might come with slightly better RAM, because 4GB simply cannot keep up with modern apps. I don't even know if this device will survive to Android 18. But who am I kidding.

It's been almost a month since I bought this phone. The phone is good but there are two major issues with the phone, one is the battery drains very quickly even when you are not using the phone and second the phone gets very hot even when using normal social media. I advise people not to buy this phone.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy A17 for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m completely impressed. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this wasn’t just another mid-range phone—it felt premium, sleek, and thoughtfully designed. The 6.7-inch AMOLED screen is stunning. Colors pop, everything looks crisp, and the 90Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and gaming feel unbelievably smooth. I didn’t expect a mid-range phone to feel this fluid. The cameras are incredible. The 50MP main camera captures sharp, vibrant photos even in tricky lighting, and the ultra-wide and macro lenses let me get creative with shots. Selfies? The 13MP front camera makes me look… well, picture-perfect every time. Even video is smooth and stable thanks to the OIS—it’s like having a mini professional camera in your pocket.
