Why is my Samsung washing machine not draining?

If your Samsung washing machine is not draining, it is usually due to drain hose issues, improper leveling, or a blocked pump filter. Check these to restore normal operation.
- Turn off the washer and check if the machine is level.
- Inspect the drain hose for incorrect height or installation.
- Ensure the drain hose is not airtight and is properly positioned.
- Make sure the hose height is between 6 to 8 inches.
- Check for kinks or bent areas in the drain hose.
- Clean the pump filter (front load models only).
- Turn the washer back on and start a cycle.
