Why does my Samsung TV keep turning off by itself
If your TV turns off randomly, it’s usually بسبب settings like Auto Power Off or Sleep Timer, or issues with connected devices. Adjusting settings and checking connections can fix it.
Method 1: Unplug the TV (Soft Reset)
Step 1: Unplug the TV from the power outlet
Step 2: Wait 30 seconds
Step 3: Plug it back into a working outlet

This resets the TV and clears temporary issues.
Method 2: Check your TV settings
Eco Solution settings
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Select General
Step 3: Select Eco Solution
Step 4: Turn off Auto Power Off
Notes:
This setting may turn off the TV automatically to save power.
Sleep Timer settings
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Select General
Step 3: Select System Manager
Step 4: Select Time
Step 5: Turn off Sleep Timer
Notes:
Sleep Timer turns off the TV after a set time.
Software updates
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Select Support
Step 3: Select Software Update
Step 4: Select Update Now
Notes:
Updates can fix system bugs causing shutdowns.
Method 3: Check your connections
Step 2: Reconnect them properly
Step 3: Set Source to TV if no external device is used
Step 4: Use a certified HDMI cable
