[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even when many might think that is "just another yearly upgrade", it is impresive what Samsung as a brand can actually achieve on a span of a year when it comes to improving their products, making it so it feels like a completely different experience from the Fold 7 to the Fold 8 Ultra. It is my 4th upgrade in a row, starting from the Fold 5 and now a days it feels pretty much impossible to me go back to a regular one-screened format phone, not to even think of changing to another brand. The titanium layer is definitely a great feature while keeping the device SO thin thanks to the silicon carbon battery. Definitely best foldable so far, hands down.

The action of opening and closing the device has improved so the feel of using it is excellent. The Z Fold 8 Ultra now has the larger battery as well, to help power users like myself get through the entire day! The AI features are great - enhancing photos, screening calls, and Gemini easily accessible even through my Android Auto. Gemini is easily the best AI available on the market right now. One thing we also expected was no S Pen. That is the only reason this review did not receive five stars. I believe many Samsung customers long for the day when the S Pen will return. Nevertheless - the phone is outstanding!

I pre-ordered it and been using it for about a week. My previous one was Flip 6, compare to my old one, I would say there's been a major upgrade. Especially for the cover screen. It's now the entire face which I really like it. It became significantly thinner as well and lighter. The crease, I believe is less visible and doesn't really bother much, although I need to see how long it last. Overall I'm very satisfied with it.

They have lessened the crease, put better cameras in and it comes with the latest android software. I have been a Fold user since the Fold 3 and I don't see myself going back. I use the multitasking split screen feature almost everyday. The phone is buttery smooth and feels like a normal candy bar phone when Folded. I am really enjoying my experience with this phone and I'm still learning how to take and edit pictures in a more creative way. The new edit feature that allows you to edit photos and video along with the new filters allow you to create some really cool looking media.

I chose Galaxy Z fold 8 ultra for mobility yet having the flexibility to be productive on the go. Also the portable big screen for entertainment or presentation was a deal breaker for me. From showing a plan on site to the clients to watching videos and reading articles, there is hands down no other phone with the best battery life, crisp screen, slim design and vivid colorful high res screens. I chose the violet shadow color which I absolutely love. It's dark and now too flashy, perfect for my taste. I just love the phone!

I never considered the z fold or any flip series before because I wasn't a fan of the crease in the screen. My friend has has one of the flips and the crease is kinda noticeable. What they did with the 8 is nice because it's not really noticeable and looks nice even when fully open. I also like that it's so light for a phone that opens to 8in. I love the 8 ultras design of being thinner than the regular s ultra series. I end up dropping my phone because it's too big at times. I love the s pen and the screen size just it gets dropped on occasion. I wish in the future they bring the s pen back to the fold series.

Going from the fold 6 to the fold 8 ultra is a huge game changer, bigger cover screen, super slim design, and even better cameras has been such a gamechanger for me. The 200 megapixel main shooter takes amazing photos, and the software enhancement to the pictures is also super impressive. The cover screen of the device is no longer skinny, but a normal sized screen that is way easier to use. Also the screen size wasnt optimal when it was closed. I chose the z fold 8 ultra because of it size when closed for easy access. However when i look at the unfolded screen I get a big smile on my face. The screen is beautiful. I love how when navigating different it splits the open apps and the available apps on different sides of the screen. I just received it and am in love with it. So far the experience has been great. Still trying to get used to the small front screen (compared to the 24U) and doing more mult app tasks. There is a learning curve to use the big inner screen. The phone is very slim, even with a case, it is almost the same size as the 24U. Battery life is great, as good as my 24U. Gaming is beautiful. Pair with a mobile controller (like a Gamesir G8+) you got a great handheld device. Great job Samsung. Keep improving the fold line and there will be a lot more customers switching from IOS to Android.

Easy to grab and has a nice snap feel. The only reason I didnt grab the last year model was because of the battery and the fast charge capability. But now this new phone has 45 watt charge speed and 5000 mAh, just like the S26 ultra. And they werent lying about the improvements they made to the inner screen. You can barely see the crease and it has anti reflection on it too. Being able to also multi-task with google and notes is amazing. I will be sticking with this phone for as long as I can.

When it arrived, I was FLOORED by how light and how thin it is! I also REALLY like the way it opens, with almost a snap, and the crease is BARELY there! I'm extremely happy with how bright it is, how quick it charges, and let's face it, it's a conversation starter as well! I chose the Violet Shadow and it's a BEAUTIFUL color. With 1 Terabyte of space, I expect to be able to take a TON of images, and they are sure to be beautiful consider it's a 200 megapixels! This is the BEST foldable there is, hands down! I've had the galaxy flip 8 for a week now and I love it! I've upgraded from the flip 4 and I love the front screen I almost don't even have to open up my phone if I don't want to, I love that I can message right on the front screen and even watch Netflix on the front screen its so neat! I have high hopes the main screen won't give out on me this time around, fingers crossed.

I chose to upgrade because the size, battery, and internals were all major upgrades and I couldn't be happier. I mainly watch videos on my phone but with the new cameras I am excited to be able to take much better and high quality photos. I was blown away by the difference in weight and thickness of the phone and how much nicer it is it have a more traditional sized screen comparable to other candy bar phones while still being able to use the internal screen. I chose the Fold Ultra 8 for my newer version, and it is a wonderful product. It has the same basic features as the 6, but with great improvements. The phone is thinner, lighter, has a bigger screen, and new features. I have enjoyed working more with Gemini to accomplish a few tasks quicker and can't wait to spend a little more time exploring. There are some new features with photos, circle and search, and many AI features. I highly recommend any Z series Fold, but especially the Ultra 8.

It folds a little different, a barely noticable gap at the hinge. The volume button is a bit sharper, more tactile than the rounded one on the 7. My favorite new feature is the camera lens holder is slightly longer, getting rid of the gap. It ripped my hair out on the last version. I use my phone as an extension of my laptop. It is great on planes with a Bluetooth keyboard, for impromptu PowerPoint presentations and pulling up two apps at once for review or copy/paste. I can't live without it now. I do wish it lasted longer than a year, but the trade in value is excellent if you get it in before the middle seam cracks and damages pixels (around 1 year, 1 month in my experience). I scratched the front screen a few hours after unpacking it. I don't know how, my kitchen table? Seems like it should be harder to damage.

I choose this one sleek and very responsive new samsung Z fold8 ultra on my recent upgrade and it does not disappoint. My phone usage goes along the lines of calls, text, photos, videos and games. In each category I have not had a single complaint. It's features and speed are awesome, The clarity of the photos combined with the zoom in ability has helped me on a few occasions to be able to find cracks that i had not noticed with nacked eye. The Ai features is incredible. The phone is easier to open. It's an amazing and incredible device. I'm still learning all the cool features but so far i am obsessed.

However, does it too issued when I find out?Compare?When I previously using Note series. First, it's so easy to overheat from my new c Z fold ultra, i needed to unfold it to cool down my device.Otherwise, it will damaging my large screen. Second, it is about my phone is not as smooth when it opened multi application. I don't have any problem in my period samsung phone. When I opened the browser and I reopened again some other application like whatsapp or single, it froze for at least 4 to 7 seconds etc. It happened occasionally, but not all the time.

The hinge mechanism is far smoother and easier to open. The screen brightness boost makes a big difference (as does the anti-reflective layer on the inner screen) and the ultra wide camera upped to 50px really does make for more detailed photos. The faster charging is great too, I really notice it when in a rush to top up (though the battery is lasting longer already, the extra MAh really help). Plus the Shadow Green colourway is gorgeous. My favourite colour anyway, so it was a no brainer!

I eventually became frustrated with the poor camera, awkward front screen size, and ever-worsening crease. So I left. But I'm back now with the 8 Ultra. Front screen problem? Gone, this aspect ratio is the perfect blend of normal candy-bar style without being too wide. Camera issues? These are flagship cameras for a flagship phone (finally!). And the crease? The battery was getting weak in my existing s22 that I had had for 4 years so I thought it was time for a change. The phone exceeds expectations. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is that I got really used to having an S Pen, but because of the need to keep the phone thin I sort of understand the reason why the S Pen functionality wasn't included. I hope that in future iterations of this device that they will be able to bring back the screen writing functionality. But because of the other benefits the phone offers, I can live without it for now. This is a great phone.

With the Z Fold 7 I thought there wasn't really much for Samsung to improve but again they have. The 8 is even thinner which is wild. Literally as thin as the usb c plug. Wondering if the future will be no charge port and just have wireless charging or maybe so new tech will come out. The upgrade to the battery capacity and upgraded cameras are awesome. This phone has allowed me to multi cast and 2 both at the same time. 80% or more of the day is me being on my phone for work when I'm away from the desk. The battery last all day and the quality and brightness of the screen allows for me to do everything I can do on a computer to now do it on the phone. Outside of work I play racing games and gotcha games with the large screen size and the response time are on par with playing on a pc. This phone allows for me to control my house ecosystem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really didn't need a new phone but I love the features on the new Z fold8 Ultra and I chose this one because it is like having a tiny tablet that fits in my pocket and allows me to see better as I have issues seeing the smaller print on smaller phones. I chose Samsung every time I need electronics because this is a great and innovative company. Keep up the good work and the great ideas on making everyday life easier in all aspects!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the z fold 8 ultra and I feel I made the right choice for myself the cameras are great on this, the features this has are great once your start to learn how to use them I'm still learning but I use this for multiple things that's why I chose this over just the 8 this size make the difference but I use my phone for gaming, my kids school stuff, my work on thing when watching the videos prior to the pre order that made the decision was the fact that I constantly was always switching back and forth between tabs or screens having to redo stuff sometimes this makes it so you can easily have that multiple screens for that and nowadays I think that's important.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its wonderfully slim, compared to my previous folds, with crystal clear display, and large as heck when unfolded. Battery has been excellent, and apps running without issue. This is my 3rd samsung foldable and the evolution is amazing
